Absolutely love it! Not having to switch from washer to dryer is the best thing ever

Junk. Started to stink after 3 months, despite cleaning after every use. GE had to send special 3 foot brushes that aren't included with the machine despite being required for cleaning lint passage. Electronics started failing almost to the day the warranty ran out. Geek Squad has replaced all the electronics and half the mechanical parts, finally they gave up and approved replacement. Don't buy.

The unit works excellent and doesn't need alternative plugs.

Really like this unit but a couple things could make it better. We wish other brands of detergent could be used for the auto dispensing, we don’t care for tide. It also doesn’t always get as dry as we’d like. It’s not a huge deal but not as dry as our old gas dryer.

Alright…. I was skeptical due to the mixed reviews about all in one units. I will tell you I love this thing. If you are on the fence go for it!!! I love the unit, love the application, and am amazed by this thing. If you want one small draw back is that: I do have to run additional dry cycles if it is bulky items like my king sized comforter. This does not surprise me as my traditional dryer had to have multiple cycles for the same comforter. I love the gasket also, compared to my old washer this gasket is not forming mold and does not stink!!!

We are thoroughly impressed by how excelle t this new unit performs. Ventless is the way to go and we have so much more room since its all one unit. Wow!

We have had this unit for about 3 weeks now and just like everyone else says it does a great job. The more you wash the more it refines the wash cycle. First time we did a load it was saying about 2 hours to complete now it says about 1:40. It learns as it grows. For our house hold it works great. For a larger house that does more laundry it may benefit to have separate unit or another of the same. We have no complaints so far. It does a great job cleaning the clothes and have had no issues with them being wet at the end of the drying cycle. Sheets, towels, everything has been completed as expected.

After having this machine for less than 6 months I had to call for repair. The lint filter was not collecting all of the lint in the filter and was trapped in the actual drum of the machine. They came to fix it. They fixed it by vacuuming it out. Great, so I thought and bought all the extra attachments for my vacuum to do this when the error code came on again or to prevent it from coming on and cleaning it monthly. 6 months later the machine had the same issue. This time when geek squad came out the service provider was excellent and honest about the issue with the machine and he ordered a new lint filter and used electrical tape to block the lint filter from releasing heat and not collecting all the lint. Okay - 9 months later....the same error and issue arose. This time the machine filled with water in the drum and I had to empty it from the bottom of the machine. Well.......as I emptied it apparently there was water coming out from the back of the water release and ended up through my ceiling and into my living room. I had to replace my ceiling and have it treated to prevent mold. The rep came out and said It was the same issue and lint had clogged the machine and he would order another lint filter. He then told me he would have to hot glue the lint trap closed. ARE YOU SERIOUS! This $2000 machine (when I bought it) Has now caused me more misery and I will have a machine that is hot glued. NO THÅNK YOU!!!! Come get this machine. Geek Squad approved my request for an exchange - thank God that I purchased the extended warranty. HOWEVER - the exchange process has been a nightmare. Geek Squad delayed my gift card to purchase a new machine (won't be this one) which I am still waiting for and have now been without a washer and dryer for 3 weeks and am still waiting..............

We’ve had this machine for about a month now and are impressed with both its cleaning and drying. It has capabilities we are just beginning to explore. WeE especially appreciate the addd space we reclaimed in getting rid of the 2nd machine. Also appreciate the energy savings in being able to shut the gas off to our dryer and that everything ruins on a 120V circuit. Just hoping it holds up in the long haul. We are meticulous in removing lint after each load to try to avoid lint buildup on the heat pump

We are thrilled with this machine! It’s even better than we imagined. And beyond it’s efficiency, it frees up SO much space in our laundry room

I had reservations with going ventless again having had experience with a different brand. The old machine took hours to do a basic load. The ge all in one is very different. 2 hours a full load is complete! No separate machine needed. I can’t tell you how many times the transfer to the dryer would be forgotten. This is simple perfect. Auto dispense of both the detergent and fabric softener has also been amazing. Just throw the clothes in and hit play. That’s it. The only thing to keep in mind is ensure after every load to clean the filter. I would highly recommend this machine.

It is convenient and holds a lot of clothes. It's indeed a smart machine. Don't mix your blanket and clothes together. It would take forever to dry...

I bought this washer dryer combo last month, and so far I am happy with it! I don't have to worry about moving the clothes to the dryer. It's all done in one step!

I love this machine! I’ve had it for a few weeks but have completed a dozen loads. I heard lots of complaints about combination machines generally - that they don’t dry well, but that’s not the case here. I live in a condo with a closet for a compact stacked unit. Since it’s an all in one I now have extra storage space above the unit. I love the auto dispense, the anti wrinkle feature, and the ability to track completion. My favorite though; throwing in a load, losing the door, pushing a button and coming back to a clean, dry load of laundry in under 2 hours.

The product was delivered in the time frame assigned, and they placed it right where I needed it. The product is working great so far.

This is the worst machine ever! I have this machine for about 9 months and it's already stopped drying, the clothes stink, and they come out damp and moldy. After looking at online resources, it looks like the machine needs A LOT of cleaning. like A LOT!!!! This is so inconvenient and is more inconvenient than having 2 machines and moving the clothes yourself. Lint gets stuck in all these awkward places and is impossible to remove. I have told that I have to vacuum, brush & do other dramatics to remove the lint from this machine and it's literally impossible. the machine also weighs 315 lb so its literally impossible to move by yourself to see if you can take the top off to clean. There is also a water clean out valve at the bottom, which is so inconvenient to take out water from and causes a lot of issues. and guess what? Lint gets stuck there as well. I have owned multiple machines in my past, and this is the worst most inconvenient one of them all. The GE customer service is literally the worst, I have called multiple times to people that dont pick up, and when they do pick up, they promise to schedule service with a repair or technician, I don't receive any follow up. I have still not been able to get my machine serviced and it's been over 3 weeks! Overall I am so frustrated with this machine and have no idea what to do. Don't in all gods name buy this machine!

Easy to install, easy to use. It is very heavy though, so taking it up stairs is tuff. Maybe have best buy deliver it and bring it in lol

Our all in one washer dryer is performing as advertised plus it is super quiet and has little vibration we are very happy with it and are happy we purchased it

Sleek, space saving beauty! I have a very small house with my laundry room visible to anyone in my kitchen. Not having the washer AND dryer prevents those coming in the front door from seeing it! Also love being able to pour the entire bottle of laundry soap and softner into the machine and not having to add it to every load! Still trying to get used to the longer wash/dry cycle, but the payoff is not having to transfer from one machine to the other. And it will recyle on drying so they don't sit in there and wrinkle while it waits for you to unload!
