Great washer dryer combo for small spaces. Have done over 40 loads with no issues.

Need to improve less dry time. It is good space utilization.

Would highly recommend, love it. Was skeptical but decided to try it out, glad i did.

I really love this! As someone who has difficulity with all the tasks required to do laundry, it helps so much not having to switch the laundry. Gets the clothes clean. The biggest downside is it is pretty loud.

I purchased this unit almost 12 months ago and wanted to use it for awhile before I gave my opinion. I love the idea of an all-in-one. It worked great for several months until it didnt. The clothes were not drying properly and it took two to three extra dry cycles before the clothes would dry. We had to call GE for repairs (still under the manufacturer warranty). Because of our location, they use third party repair services. Our experiences with repair companies and GE customer service has been underwhelming. It took a little over a month to get our heating issue diagnosed and part replaced. Not two months later, our clothes are back to not drying peoperly (it does not matter the size of the load). We have had the repairman that GE sent out twice now to “fix” our issue and it has yet to be resolved. With our one year warranty expiring, maybe we will have better luck with Geek Squad fixing our issue.

Has made washing clothes so much more efficient and the process less tedious!

Purchased the GE Profile combo and it was installed on 9/5/23 and LOVED it. It then completely died on 10/9/23... I've had two GE third-party appliance repair services cancel service appointments with me because the unit is located in a laundry closet. Isn't that sort of location one of the primary reasons for the development of this machine... no venting required, available to apartment dwellers or people who don't have the ability to go to a basement? We are now waiting for a "GE technician" and I'm still not sure that they will service it. VERY disappointing and we're not sure what to do next.

This is probably the best decision we made this unit is great through clothes and when finished put them away no more having to use 2 machines

This is an amazing washer dryer combo. It is so easy to do an entire load within an hour and a half.

It’s absolutely fantastic! The ease of use so awesome! I would highly recommend this combo.

I gave it 5 stars because it does do as it says. Some cycles do take longer if you stuff it. If you follow their recommendation it finishes in time. This machine requires you to do laundry different. I could do 4 full loads in a day. The nice thing is everything is dry and I don’t have to switch or restart. That being said, if you’re a weekend scrambler to do all the loads with kids it might not be your machine.

I think the machine works great. I had very limited space in my laundry room so condensing 2 machines into one was key. The laundry cycle doesn't take hours, it senses the load and determines how long the wash and dry cycle will take. The clothes come out completely dry. It is wonderful.

Stay away. We went through 2 of these. Both would take well over 4 hours even for small loads. But worse than that is the smell. No matter what we did the clothes would smell like a sewer with this unit.

Works as advertised. Like the extra space in our laundry room by only having one appliance. Wish the pedestal was taller I didn't need to bend over so far to load and unload.
