I don't like at all.

Please review the troubleshooting tips on page 31 of the Use and Care Manual in the "Clothes take too long to dry" and "Clothes are still damp even though the Combo completed the cycle" sections. Not worth it

I thought this would be an incredible machine but unfortunately it has been plagued with issues. Have had multiple services set up within a year in a half.

Worked fine at firat amd i got rid of the dryer space and built a cabinet for atorgae there. But this machine didn't last 88 days. no kidding. Installed July 13, last night, Oct 11, started making some rattling noise inside it (notnin the drum), stopped mid cycle and didn't drain, didn't spin, and other than the lights on the panel does nothing. The app has zero diagnostic options and no codes are displayed. Wheb youvtry to use the qr codes, it just aemds you the the generic website for GE. This is the most money I have ever spent on an appliance and I can't even get it to one year? then making an appointment for service, they cannot get here for more than ten days? Never ever again. I will avoid any ge product for the the rest of my life. I am also going to find any review site that I possibly can to share this information. People should be warned that they risk losing a significant amount of money, time and convenience if they purchase this appliance just horrible.

This is impossible to use for a family. You can do one load at a time. The loads are approximately 1.5-2 hrs. With a regular washer and dryer you can start another load. The clothes are wrinkled, sometimes wet from water that accumulates in the front rubber while washing. This was a horrible buy.

We would recommend making sure that your unit has been updated to the latest software version to ensure that your unit operates at optimal performance. Also, make sure not to overload the unit so that your clothes have enough room to move freely. Large, heavy fabrics contain more moisture and take longer to dry. Separate large, heavy fabrics into smaller loads to speed drying time. If you are drying a load with collars, waistbands, seams, or water absorbing materials (such as rayon and viscose), choose More Dry. From the first day we got it put in we have had nothing but trouble. We had it exchanged and they brought out a new one with a base and its worse than the other one. Service guy came out twice said he fixed the problem but no it still made a horrible noise. Now they won't let us return it passed warranty. GE trying to repair now. Be careful!

Stick with Conventional Washer Dryer.

Much too difficult to set up how you want a load washed or dried. Clothes get really twisted up. The app is only good for telling you when each load is done. There are so many things about this machine that frustrate me I could go on and on but I'm too busy looking for it's replacement to continue.
