We thought this would be a great choice but it was horrible. The washing was okay but the drying was horrible. Nothing was ever dry even after using extend dry. Having to wait 3.5 hours for a wash to be complete, but not dry was horrible.

Posted .If you have not done so already, we recommend you consider connecting your Profile Combo to your WiFi and our SmartHQ app. Doing so will provide you the chance to receive and download any new over-the-air updates. These updates could include the addition of new features and/or performance improvements. If you continue to have concerns, please call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your unit evaluated and repaired as needed.

GE washer/dryer all in one

Clothes never dry fully, does not wash well either. I tried to return it and exchange. Called Best Buy for pick up return they give me the run around and didn’t call me back. Called them back and then they say I’m 4 days past return date even though I called 2 weeks prior for pick up and return. Terrible customer service.

Posted .Oh no! This is not the experience we want for you. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to make sure the Combo is connected to your WiFi using our SmartHQ app. An over-the-air update may be just what you need to optimize the wash and dry performance of the unit.

But this is mainly because the customer service at this location is less than acceptable in customer service. They said they would not deliver to our area so we picked up unit, this was 4 days after we purchased it. They damaged the lining in our teuck when they loaded it. Got it home, had it set up and the whole thing SHOOK! Yes, it was installed professionally. The return lady in the call center said we would have to go BACK to the store to do the return in person but then they would definitely pick up the return. Ok, fine whatever. You are 2 hours away (the closest Best Buy). So we did that. Then the manager in store said "well its not my fault you live so far away!" Mind you they deliver to the next town over. So we put the unit back onto my husbands truck- the box was long gone since opening it. And, made a 4th trip 2 hours south to return the broken equipment.

The Combo Washer/Dryer typically runs a Normal Wash + Dry cycle in about two hours when Eco Dry is enabled, though actual times can vary depending on the load. For tips to help reduce overall cycle duration, we recommend reviewing the "Clothes take too long to dry" section on page 31 of the Owner’s Manual. I couldn't hear you over the noise of the machine. Yes, I read the reviews before I bought it and figured I would be my own judge. I'm still waiting for the clothes to dry as well. It is now heading back as a return.
