This door is not reversible, which is ridiculous for a high-priced machine. A reversible door is a required option on any front-loading machine.

Item was damaged in production or transit. I have been without a washer and dryer for 12 days and am waiting for a new replacement.

we love this washer dryer combo. the full cycle takes about 2 1/2 hours - no more forgetting loads in the washer and having to rewash. It has been a game changer. The filter does need to be cleaned every time , that is just something to get used to

Great machine do not buy from best buy. If you do find a price match they do all they can not to honor it

Clear instructions and control panel make this easy to use. Being able to set both wash and drier program at the start is very convenient, and the fact that you can check the app to see how far in the cycle the machine is helps you manage your time. The wrinkle care function is great. I like the way you can adjust how dry you want the clothes, and particularly like the fact that the dry clothes don’t have that musty “drier” smell.

We are generally pleased with this combo unit with the pedestal. Energy consumption and cleaning is very good. We did order the upgraded lint filter assumbly to help with lint on the coils of the drying heat pump. Only downside is when it spins, it does rock and make a lot more noise than we were used too. Yes, the shopping bolts are removed, pedestal installed properly and its level on both axis.

So far it's doing good. Time consuming as I'm trying to get used to all in one machine. Also trying to keep everything clean after each use. I'm noticing, after a load there's a lot of water in the bleach and liquid dispensers (top left) that I dump out after each use. I'm also wiping out the water that collects in the rubber ring around the front door. All in all I'm satisfied with the clothes being clean and dry.

Greatest machine ever maid (pun). For some of you, you will have to adjust the way you do things to really embrace this machine. With a traditional set-up, separate washer and dryer, you could wash and dry 2 loads in 3 hours. With this machine the same 2 loads would take 4 hours only because you can't start the second load while the first is still drying like you could with the 2 machine set up. What you can do is put a load in before bedtime and wake up to dry clothes. You can also put in a load and go out to breakfast or shop, the app will tell you when the load is done. You don't have to stay home because you put in a load of clothes. Seriously, either change your habits or buy a second one to cut your 2 load laundry time down to 2 hours... this machine is the future. My calculations show that it costs me .24 cents a load. So amazing that it uses 110 and only about 850 watts to dry the clothes. The old school electric dryers use up to 5000 watts that's why the 220V plug was necessary. There is ONE flaw so far and that is lint bypasses the filter at the points of 4 little clips on the lint catcher. Looking into the machine you'll see mounds of lint build up on the condenser after just a few weeks use... that's no good. I fixed this with flexible silicone caulking on the little clips to seal the slits closed. It leaves them still able to flex but blocks the lint.

Verdict is still out on this Combo washer/dryer. Is has worked well so far in the month we've owned it but I'm concerned about getting it fixed if/when it needs servicing. My wife loves it.

This combo is incredible! We have had it almost a month and are very happy with it. Not having to do load transfer is a game changer. Also the heat pump ventless option is great. We no longer have to pay someone every year to clean our vent pipe. One thing we were concerned about before purchasing was noise, but the wash cycle is no more noisy than a large front load washer. For the dry cycle, I measured 60 dB, when placing my phone near the front. So noise is not an issue for washing nor drying. A couple things that might be nice in a future version: 1) Sensors to know if one has removed the lint filter and corresponding software change to not prompt one for lint filter cleaning if it has been removed. We clean the filter after every load, because some loads generate a lot of lint. 2). The SmartHQ app gives information on how many loads are done each day. It would be nice if it could also give us information on how many kWh of electricity it uses per day, which our heat pump water heater provides. In addition to also provide how many gallons of water used. I am not sure if this would just be a software update or require additional sensors.

Great idea. But definitely not worth the the money. Full cycle last about 3 hours plus leaves clothes damp a little.yes I understand it says to pull the clothes out to completely dry so it defeats the purpose of an all in one in my opinion. Definitely do not get if you have a a family of 4 or more . We returned and got a top loader washer and dryer for half the price.

I thought the Best buy service of delivery and installation was outstanding on this GE Profile load washer /dryer combo. they took the time to set it up and run a cycle to ensure the operation . The unit worked flawlessly for 10 months then then what I believe was the drain pump failed . I contacted best buy who directed me to GE warranty. They stated my machine was out of warranty as the fine print in their warranty states 1 year from date of purchase. there was a 2 month delay in delivery so the warranty starts the day of purchase , not delivery. so buyer beware and get the extended warranty. I loved the machine , but not happy with GE.. or best buy at this moment.

I’m so happy for buying this landry machine. It’s amazing.. wishing very good drying perfect, perfect timing. Very easy to use and very easy to install. Doesn’t make noise at all. Highly recommended

it is excellent, works great and saves so much time. No More To Remember Removing Clothes From The Washing Machine And Moving in to The Dryer. This Does All.

Pros: space saving, energy saving, and sometimes time saving Cons: having issues with the softener compartment thinking that it's empty when it's not. sometimes the dryer gives a notification that clothes will be dry in 5 minutes but then goes on for 1+ hour or more

Very satisfied with delivery and performance. I have tried 3-4 of the different cycles, and the de-wrinkle cycle, etc. An excellent machine and Best Buy refunded the price difference when it went on sale a couple days after it was delivered. Holds a lot, dries well if you remember to clean the lint filter each time. Easy to do, and machine has a bunch of useful features.
