I had a terrible mistake buying this. Initially the machine takes forever to wash and dry and after a fewonths it will stop drying all together and lint makes a big mess in the drum. I hae total tech supposed but their appointments are always one to two weeks out. The first appointment was to see what it was doing but no one in their staff knows how to fix it so im still waiting on another appointment two weeka from now to see ehat they plan to do. Meanwhile, i dont habe a working washer/dryer. Dont buy it!!

Been usung it for a month now and it does a great job all the time! Wrinkle Free ✔️ Save Time ✔️ Save Energy/Electricity ✔️ Dry Perfectly ✔️ Happy ✔️ Satisfied✔️ Very convenient ✔️ Space saver ✔️ I like the idea that can connect to wifi and control it over the phone as well! If you always busy and have no time to do your laundry this is perfect for you!

My clothes have never felt better!! HUUUUGE SHOUT OUT TO LG!!! You have managed to make the worst chore in the house sooo much better!!! Ill never be able to go back... Seriously!! This whole no static thing, completely changes the way your clothes feel! Just wow!!!

I watched so many videos on this and read all kinds of reviews... This thing was the "it sounds too good to be true" exception to the rule. It washes well, treats clothes better, and dries without swapping loads. As long as the filter is clean and the maintenance is performed, this thing is just genius in motion.

The only thing is if you put too much clothes it wont fully dry them. But otherwise nothing bad to say. I love that the machine sends me a notification to my phone when its done and not having to change the washed clothes to a dryer is 10/10 for someone with a bussy life like mine

Compact and convenient

Once the new unit was installed it was exactly what we wanted. It is a bit noisier than expected but it is very convenient not having to switch out laundry. I would recommend the unit for someone with them at its base. It’s a full-size washer and we’ve been able to run full batches without a problem.

Posted .Hi - We are deeply sorry to hear you had issues with your initial Profile UltraFast Combo. This is not the experience we wanted for you and apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience you may have felt. We are delighted the new unit is working well. The Combo has shipping bolts, brackets, and spacers that keep the wash basket secure during shipping. They are located in the rear, and need to be removed before using the appliance. These are the parts that need to be removed:
4 bolts, 4 plastic spacers (including power cord retainers and rubber grommets), 2 brackets and the screws fastening them to the Combo. For step by step instructions, your Owner's Manual is your best resource. If you prefer video instructions, our "Front Load Washer - Shipping Bolt Removal" video will take you through the steps. If the shipping materials were not removed as directed, the unit may operate at a higher sound level. We hope this is helpful. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
Gave up after 3 units

We REALLY wanted this to be good. However, every time it would do anything with water, which it does many many times per wash cycle, when the water is cut off it would sound like a gun shot in the house (like a .22lr, not something crazy). It would do this 20-25+ times per wash (never actually counted, but it's a lot). So, Best Buy replaced it. We still had the problem. Best Buy offered to replace it again. The problem is still there. However, not wanting to believe three units could be bad in a row, I turned down the faucets very low. Like a quarter turn. Still sounded like a warzone. Then I installed water hammer arrestors and only had the faucets open a quarter turn. Still no glory. So, we finally gave up and will be returning this for a normal washer and dryer combo. There's definitely an engineering problem with these units and how they shut off water. Thank goodness for the incredibly awesome customer service of Best Buy for doing everything they could to remedy the situation.
