Had a rough start and I thought I had a bad machine (extreme shaking) during the spin cycle. Geek squad was sent out, realized that the shipping bolts were not removed, and corrected it. The machine does what it’s suppose to do. I haven’t washed any bulky items, but …. So far …so good.

Bought because we needed a large capacity for comforters

This washer/dryer is absolutely amazing! I’m so happy it does both at once. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I have a GE profile washer and dryer combo that was delivered on 11/16 and stopped working 1/22. I have had 3 no call no shows from an and e (the company that GE hires for warranty claims ) and 1 that showed up for 20 minutes and said it was fixed. It stopped working 10 minutes later. I have spent 4 hours and 15 minutes on the phone with trying to get this fixed in the last two weeks. I called Best Buy to see if they could do anything since GE was not. They said they could have a geek squad Member come out. yes, I bought the extended warranty. (Another bad idea!) The fastest someone can get here is in 9 days. At this point I have filed a complaint with the credit card company and pray they give me money back. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I just spent four hours at the laundromat and will have to go back as there is no fix in sight.

Great machine is a time saver. Was able to replace my old equipment and save time doing laundry

It doesn’t take long to wash a load of clothes about 2 hours my other one took about 4 hours I like all the new features it has I can start my wash when I’m out

Heard bad reviews previously on these types of machines. But extremely satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended. Glad there's a app so I can do my clothes while I'm out doing things. Dries the clothes very well.

This is amazing. I’m probably going to buy another one. It washes and it dries and it’s one unit. That alone had me sold but when I saw the smart features like auto adding detergent and fabric softener based on the load sensors I was blown away.

That’s great for I got it .. not set up because not way mess .. I clean then call who help set up.. I am happy dryer and washer here finally .. it’s fine with it here til I clean then call them help. Thanks .

Works great when it does not so much when it don't . Not really for a big house hold of laundry. Would be great for a single or a couple with no kids. As far as washing and drying clothes doea what its supposed to and its really nice not having to change loads over to dry. But i do think it still needs some kinks worked out

We love this combo washer/dryer. Although it’s still a front load and have to get use to the normal sounds of uneven loads, it’s a cool and innovative process more so on the drying cycle. Also, we have more space now to add storage above it. Awesome

Clothing Processor. That’s what we call it. I love this Combo. It is perfect for my family of four. I love the delay so clothes in the morning are fresh right out of the machine. I would definitely recommend this all in one. I enjoy the extra room in my laundry room.

Bought this in July of 2023. Been a total nightmare. Trying to get a refund with GE. Have submitted both consumer relations requests and BBB. When it worked it was great, however that hasn't been often. The amount of parts they have replaced is staggering..

Better than any washer dryer 2 in 1 combo I have ever owned. You can do it all from your phone app. Uses 120 V outlet. Never remove wet clothes from washer to dryer ever again!!!!

My son and girlfriend really love this GE all in one washer/dryer combo… Powerful, laundry is well clean, easy with no transferring close and it save detergent. Now I am getting it too, so excited for my GE all in one washer /dryer to arrive!

This is the best purchase I’ve ever made in my life. It is a huge time saver, space saver, and life saver! I’d purchase this again without hesitation!

The Hawkins family is loving our new GE Washing machine. Clothes are feeling cleaner and soft after each wash. If saves us time by not having to unload washer to dry and Clothes are easily put away once drying is completed.

I have got to say, this is by far my favorite washer/dryer I have ever owned. It’s amazing how I don’t have to worry about changing the clothes to the dryer cause it automatically dries them right after washing. There’s no going back!

Slight learning curve, wonderful for my single pet lifestyle. Download app and run it from your cell. It does it all but, fold and put away yoyr clothes. Best purchase in a long time.
