Bought this for my small apartment and I’ve never felt more happier to do my laundry than now. I can put my clothes in before work and come back and everything is nice a dry. At most it take 3 hours to wash and dry, but that’s still half the time than when I had another washer dryer combo. And the auto softener/detergent dispensers are the best features, just load up the liquids and it uses the proper amount every single time. There’s a lot I can go on about, the app feature, the easy maintenance, electric efficiency, etc… This may seem a bit pricey but for what it’s worth, it’s a life changer.

I love my Beast! It's huge and heavy, but now that it's in place, it's a Beauty. Works great, so convenient; love the energy efficiency of the heat pump technology and the delight of having only one machine to wash and dry. Also, my clothes don't seem to get static-clingy; no need for fabric softener. I use detergent sheets, which work great.

I love that I don’t have to switch my laundry from washer to dryer. Live that I do not have to add detergent and softer every time since it has the holding tanks for both. This is amazing.

Overall the good outweighs the bad but there are definitely kinks that need to be worked out. It regularly needs to be drained and cleaned. I have a larger family and pets but about once a month we need to drain and unclog it. It also takes about 2.5-3 hours a load. The ease of throwing your load in and it being done the next time you open the door is a comfort I wouldn’t give up at this point though.

I love the sleek design. It’s very quiet and best feature of all is that it stores and dispenses detergent and softner. The app is very user friendly and commicates with you during the cycle. My kids have a bad habit of starting their laundry and forgetting it, which results in having to wash them again….now that is no longer an issue and the clothes come out dry and smelling amazing. This machine has definitely made our lives easier and stressfree when it comes to laundry.

I have only had this combo for a few weeks so far, and was most worried about not being able to wash a load and dry and load at the same time (large family). It has not been an issue. Further, I am finding the convenience of not having to wait to switch loads from washer to dryer to be adding efficiencies to my day. I still have a lot learn regarding the app and settings, but so far I’m really glad I purchased this machine. Ventless was the primary reason we went with it - but every other feature is paying off.

DO NOT BUY!!!! I have had the washer-dryer combo for eight months, and my initial experience was quite positive. For a family of four, we utilized the unit twice daily, and it consistently delivered clothes that were about 98% dry. A quick shake would often make them feel completely dry. We diligently maintained the machine by cleaning the filter after every load and adhered to all manufacturer guidelines. However, as time went on, the unit began requiring extra drying cycles. Then we encountered an error code so reach out to customer service. The first technician who came to our home was unfortunately unprofessional and dismissive. He even implied that our drying issues were due to a dirty filter, despite my efforts to show him that it was spotless. His focus on unrelated personal anecdotes was frustrating, leaving me feeling unheard and unsatisfied with the visit. After his departure, I attempted to run another small load—only to find it still wouldn't dry properly. The next morning, I contacted customer service again, expressing my concerns about the technician's behavior and competence. The new technician, was a stark contrast to the previous one. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a problem with the heat pump and ordered a replacement part. Unfortunately, the holiday season caused a delay, and it took nearly two weeks for the part to arrive. When the heat pump was finally replaced, the technician put in substantial effort, working diligently for about three hours. However, to my disappointment, the clothes still didn’t dry properly. After reaching out to the company once more, they said we needed another technician visit to confirm that the unit was unrepairable. Well, The technician came out once again, but encountered some communication difficulties with the engineer, which was further frustrating. The engineer was quite rude to the technician. The engineer said we must replace the communication board to the heat pump so they could run a diagnostic so now we are waiting for that part to arrive and we are left without a working washer-dryer combo for over a month, relying on a laundromat. Overall, while the idea behind this unit is fantastic, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Save yourself the trouble—look elsewhere for a more reliable option!

Amazing machine. I will not go back to the standard individual washer and dryer. This is perfect for condos or laundry spaces that require stack or compact machines. Perfect for any house also. It washes clothes clean and dryers amazing without cooking your clothes like conventional dryers. The heat pump system works. I love that it's ventless and runs on a 120v outlet. The app works great and keeps you informed of the status. We love this machine.

It is so nice to toss the bedding in there in the morning and have it warm and ready to go when the cycle is done. The dog hair feature is awesome to get dog hair off before the wash cycle. And the phone notifications are a great reminder to change out the loads. It does seem to take a long time to dry. The ventless design does create a lot of extra lint in the lint holder. I find the lint filter cavity and door seal are always covered in hair and lint.

Works great for space saving cleans better than last front loader sometimes have to dry twice

So quiet and power efficient. It is super heavy tho, so I would make sure you are aware of that before you move it around somewhere difficult.

I am not getting anything for this review. After a year, I am happy with the combo unit. Saturday delivery crew fast noobs but not professionals. I ordered the ped with combo. Best buy delivery flipped my washer upside down in street and put the ped on it. They then took the shipping bolts out before coming in the house. Stuff 14" of drain hose into drain guarranteeing it would not dry. Did not give me drain hook or covers. Required a separate trip to store. BB price matched so I saved $50 more. I had to moved over myself and level it. I bought a vacuum attachment for it and use electrical tape on the filter housing. I clean the lint filter every use. The foam filter about every 25 uses. I use two different brushes for coils. So more maintenance but I can fit a lot in the combo with no problems. Use ditty bags for delicates clothing. Definitely have manual handy for questions. More tham 4 people in house may not be a fit. Pet air cycle is nice. The combo works with goat milk laundry soap. I leave door, lint filter, and washer open when done.

I love it ! It's way quieter then. My old machines. So much more efficient. And easier to use. Did I mention I love it question?

Personally, I feel it adds unnecessary time to the process, although this isn't a major issue if you have a smaller household. One downside is that you have to wait for both washing and drying to be fully completed before starting another load. If you're accustomed to doing laundry at a faster pace—like starting a new load while the previous one dries—this could be frustrating. As a single adult living with other single adults, this setup works fine for us because we simply load it up and let it run. However, keep in mind that overloading the machine can affect drying efficiency, and the cycle times will increase. Overall, it’s not a deal-breaker for us, but worth noting if you're used to multitasking with your laundry. Personally, if I had known how frustrating this combo could be, I’m not sure I would have chosen it, especially since I'm used to doing my laundry back to back. On the plus side, it does save time by automatically starting the drying cycle once the wash is complete, so you don’t have to transfer the load to a separate dryer. However, if you're accustomed to doing multiple loads in quick succession, the waiting time for both washing and drying to finish could be a bit inconvenient.

Very convenient. It's nice not needing the gas hookup or fancy electric plug. It uses less space. I like not having to switch from washer to dryer. I really like the automatic detergent dispenser and delayed start option is nice too. You do need to shake our you clothes as you pull them out after drying.

I love mine, if you don’t have space for 2. Get this one. I will say it has some trouble drying all the way throughout, sometimes you will have to run the dryer part twice. We have had our about a year and so far so great!

This really is a great machine. You have to read about it and follow the directions! It works great for our two person home but it might not work out for larger families. We love the simplicity of going from dirty to dry clean clothes without intervention, we also appreciate the vent less dryer which makes it much easier to install in a tight spot. The unit is large, but without the vent connector on the back you can get it closer to the wall. About the only real complaint we have is the lack of dryer cycle options. It's pretty much auto (which covers 90% of everyday stuff) but other than that it is timed or air. Tricky for clothes that require low heat drying. Because it goes immediately from wet to dry the drying cycle is a little longer than what you're used to but it's a give-and-take. I highly recommend buying it with the pedestal to get the door a little higher off the floor. We have been using it for several months and we are very pleased with the unit.

So far I love it. Now I need one that folds and puts the clothes away. All the features you could want. No vent, ability to add 50 oz of detergent and fabric softener, ect. Only minor issue is that you have to add time to dryer, sensor leaves slightly damp otherwise.
