Only thing I dont like is that if its a heavy load (towels, bedding sweats etc) it take 1+ hour to dry. Has a quick cycle option at 1h 10m if you want your clothes washed and dried so thats a plus but only if its a small load. Overall its worth looking into if you dont have the space for 2 seperate machines.

Clothes are left clean and you don't have to keep an eye on them.

I’m one of those persons that never transfer clean laundry to the dryer in a timely way. This makes my life so much easier. I love that I don’t need to worry about the detergent or softener.

The convenience of not having to move laundry over to the dryer carries this thing a long way. It requires more babying than other machines because of the closed system, so expect to be clearing lint. We got a dryer vent brush to get in and clear up the buildup every month or so. Also has a trap for the wastewater to keep anything to big from washing down and clogging things, which is great, except that the drain seems to be designed for someone with a floor drain. It's almost impossible to clear the drain trap without flooding the floor.

Posted .To help prevent water from getting on the floor when cleaning the drain trap, we recommend placing a shallow pan or dish under the pump access door and using towels for protection. When removing the filter, pull down the pour spout and turn the pump filter counterclockwise slowly to control the water flow—it's normal to catch about a pint of water during this process. -- We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you find the convenience of the Combo valuable. Energy costs are lower at night. I am also using so much less detergent because it is only using what it needs based on the size of the load. I love, love, love this machine!

No more forgetting cloths in the washer and having to rewash. We got rid of the dryer and made shelves. Uses 120v so uses less electricity. We love it

I live scheduling it to run overnight and wake up to it all done. I think the de wrinkle option may be at too high a heat for me. Otherwise very hapo

READ Before you DECIDE - DO NOT BUY

Unfortunetly, this 'All in One' machine promises a lot but does not deliver!. Washing and drying cycle were working fine in the first 2 weeks - taking 4-5 hours to complete single run. But gradually the cycle kept on increasing. By 6 week a cycle took 6 hours and even then the clothes came out a little damp. By week 7 the machine started throwing errors - Low water pressure. Even when the water pressure is good. I used just the drying cycle that now takes 4.5 hours ! JUST to DRY! This has been a bad purchase and I don't think GE technology is there yet. For any future buyers that are still deciding, I would recommend considering the traditional washer dryer and not make the mistake I made. I wish I could return this super expensive , almost good for nothing machine.

We want to make sure that your unit has the most recent system upgrade which you can check through the SmartHQ app. You can find more information on how to do this by reading the article titled "GE Profile UltraFast Combo Washer/Dryer - Finding the Software Version ID" on our GE Appliances website under the support tab. If your clothes are coming out of a dry cycle feeling damp, we recommend giving the items a good shake as you pull them out of the dryer. Our engineering teams have found that the clothes may feel damp, but they're actually dry. Shaking your items will make them feel dry. If your unit is still taking quite some time to dry, we suggest looking over page 18 of the use and care manual which can be found in the "From the Manufacturer" section below this model. This page in the use and care manual describes best practices for loading your unit to ensure proper performance. If you're still having trouble after trying these tips, we suggest calling our GE Appliances Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737 (Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET.
