Connected to my Wi-Fi, mobile app, and registered the product in 20 mins. My first load went without a hitch and my clothes came out super soft and smelling great. Settings to customize my loads were easy as well.

Do not purchase this machine just to save space. It is not made for multiple person households or families with pets. It does not dry properly. It constantly has lint build up. The control board randomly changes buttons and beeps for no reason.

For some it may not make sense but for us it makes lots of sense! My old dryer was in the garage and washer in the kitchen, so it was very frustrating doing laundry. Now we never have to worry about a stinky load!

No more "Oops I forgot to switch the load to the dryer!" Which is why my laundry would take forever, not to mention saves it from becoming moldy if left over night! Clothes come out clean and dry (don't let the slight humid feel when you pull the clothes out confuse you. It is not damp, that feeling goes away after a minutes of being taken out.) I love how it has a dispenser for the soap and softener. Also that is calculates how much of them to use and water! Ventless allows it to be put anywhere it can be hooked up to water! When we remodel the upstairs, we hope to move the machine up there so no more up and down the stairs! Truly worth the purchase!

This is the new style of washing coming to the market. Uses way less energy in his way more efficient space-saving as well. It uses only 110 with no dryer vent needed.

I am having an issue with Best Buy getting the door to swing from L to R.

You can pre-load detergent and fabric softener for multiple washes. You can also use your phone to get updates of when the clothes are done. I would highly recommend it. My kids tend to wash and forget to dry clothes and it would have that mildew smell even after 2 washes. With this machine you set it and forget it, you will not have that horrible smell as the machine dries it for you. I find that if you want a little extra smell good throw some extra soap on the clothes, and softener on a black sock and toss it in. Also after it has completed your wash cycle you can open it to toss in a dryer sheet.

Started to stink after 3 months, despite cleaning after every use. GE had to send special 3 foot brushes that aren't included with the machine despite being required for cleaning lint passage. Electronics started failing almost to the day the warranty ran out. Geek Squad has replaced all the electronics and half the mechanical parts, finally they gave up and approved replacement. Don't buy.

It is very quiet and the overall time for a regular load is about two hours. The app alerts you when the wash and/ or the drying is done. The ventless drying means less cleaning.
