I bought this product thinking it would last me for a few years, but it barely lasted a year before breaking down. One day it just stoped drying. I’ve had multiple professionals come out, all of whom were either unfamiliar with the system I reached out to GE customer service several times, hoping they could offer guidance or at least direct me to someone who could help—but their support has been completely useless. Save yourself the headache. Look for a brand that stands behind their products, actually supports their customer and lasts longer than a year.

After 50 loads so far, I am not disappointed. It does exactly what it advertises. For a family of four it has been great.

Junk. Started to stink after 3 months, despite cleaning after every use. GE had to send special 3 foot brushes that aren't included with the machine despite being required for cleaning lint passage. Electronics started failing almost to the day the warranty ran out. Geek Squad has replaced all the electronics and half the mechanical parts, finally they gave up and approved replacement. Don't buy.

Love everything about it. Dry time is great, Yes… they feel damp when getting out but it’s nothing like wet or anything. Give it a flap and hang it up or fold it.

Great product, quick, efficient, lots of fun bells and whistles. Clothes do sometimes come out slightly damp, but a quick shake usually fixes that. Love the auto dispense detergent and being able to start an monitor a wash cycle from the app.

This machine works fine and saves time. Easy to operate.

Life changing. Very helpful. Best purchase ever made.

If you're short on space or want to help the environment, I would recommend. Be ready to have a PhD to use it my husband said. I don't but have figured out the two settings I most prefer.

Amazing product, really free up my life. I no longer have to go out to laundromat and stop doing for 2-3 hours. Now I can wash and be productive while washing. This is the future!

Makes life easier in most ways! The only weird thing is all the build up around the ring but I just wipe it after every wash otherwise this is fantastic

Took some getting used to, but it does exactly what it says. It's nice being able to put in a load of laundry and not having to remember to switch it over for drying.

I love the convenience and the overall machine is a great purchase. The only negative things are…the Lint is not easy to get out of the interior of the machine and it vibrates a lot in spin cycle. Loud.

All in one unit will free up time. No more going from washer to dryer and waiting around for cycle fo finish. Game changer.

After having this machine for less than 6 months I had to call for repair. The lint filter was not collecting all of the lint in the filter and was trapped in the actual drum of the machine. They came to fix it. They fixed it by vacuuming it out. Great, so I thought and bought all the extra attachments for my vacuum to do this when the error code came on again or to prevent it from coming on and cleaning it monthly. 6 months later the machine had the same issue. This time when geek squad came out the service provider was excellent and honest about the issue with the machine and he ordered a new lint filter and used electrical tape to block the lint filter from releasing heat and not collecting all the lint. Okay - 9 months later....the same error and issue arose. This time the machine filled with water in the drum and I had to empty it from the bottom of the machine. Well.......as I emptied it apparently there was water coming out from the back of the water release and ended up through my ceiling and into my living room. I had to replace my ceiling and have it treated to prevent mold. The rep came out and said It was the same issue and lint had clogged the machine and he would order another lint filter. He then told me he would have to hot glue the lint trap closed. ARE YOU SERIOUS! This $2000 machine (when I bought it) Has now caused me more misery and I will have a machine that is hot glued. NO THÅNK YOU!!!! Come get this machine. Geek Squad approved my request for an exchange - thank God that I purchased the extended warranty. HOWEVER - the exchange process has been a nightmare. Geek Squad delayed my gift card to purchase a new machine (won't be this one) which I am still waiting for and have now been without a washer and dryer for 3 weeks and am still waiting..............

I absolutely love my New All In ONE with two teenagers in the house who forget to switch out their clothes, this makes it simple. Load it, Start It, and when it's done it's done !!

Works great the washer does a better job cleaning than any other washer I’ve ever owned. I was concerned about the dryer taking too long but it works great and dries large or small loads in the same amount of time my former Maytag dryer did maybe even a few minutes faster. I get a kick out of the dryer when I pull clothes out and they feel a little damp but it is true what they said with in a few seconds they feel completely dry. Really like that the machine washes and dries once you get started and you never have to touch the machine again until you are ready to hang your clothes up. Well worth the money would recommend to anyone.

I am truly enjoying this machine. I no longer forget to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer. I let it dispense the soap and fabric softener and don't have to deal with that each time either. I can get rid of duct work that I used on my old dryer and, best of all, it only uses 11 amps! It plugs into my regular house 110 outlet. Way less electrical consumption. And, it sends me a message when the clothes are about done so I can be ready to pull them out (when I can remember to do it). This is the way all clothes cleaners should operate.

Love everything about it effortlessly takes care of our laundry and monitoring via my phone priceless
