Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this in Nov 2023 and it has broken three times, has sat for months while they tried to fix it. It doesn't dry well. It advertises high energy efficiency but runs two to three times longer which doesn't end up saving much if any in energy costs. The other thing that doesn't work on these is the lint filter. Lint goes through it and around it and clogs up the radiator. We would not purchase this product again and do not recommend it.

Family of four with dogs.. you gotta get use to the end making sure it’s dry. Or not wrinkled I do extra dry on every load. You really have to. It’s no better than the others just convenient

I am used to running multiple loads with a set of washer and dryer by moving them from one unit to the next which I can’t do now. But it’s convenient to have all in one otherwise

Great product.

Just load the clothes and come back in two hours. No more having to make two or more trips to the basement to wash a load of clothes.

Even tho we had plenty of space in our laundry room you can always use the extra space. Not having to move the clothes from the washer to dryer is awesome. The wrinkle care mode is fantastic. Works great!

My wife was skeptical at first but is a true beliver. Putting them in place in rental units that do not have ability for dryers, due to venting or heating source issues. Nice just pluging into 110 outlet.

I like that it lets you know when the lint has to be removed. I love the self dispense, I don’t have to keep pouring any detergent or fabric softener every time I do a load.

Posted .For help with the dry time, please make sure the Combo has the latest software update using the SmartHQ app. If the issue persists, we offer some great troubleshooting tips in the section titled: "Clothes take too long to dry" on pg. 31 of the Owner's Manual.

Drying time is good contrary to what people believe if heat pump . Has 5 year warranty on drying system parts compared to competitor 1 year . 10 years on compressor .

Had to get use to the heavy clothes feeling damp but like the instructions say shake them out and they were totally dry. The saving of water and electricity is also a great benefit.

The app is great, it alerts you when the load is 5 minutes from completion and lets you know when the load is done. Also it lets you know when to clean the dryer filter to improve drying.

Washes and dries amazing every time! Highly recommend if you want a low electric bill as well!

Works great, the clothes are clean, and it really doesn't take that long. Everything works automatically if you want it that way, and the app will let you know the wash is done.
