After reading this of reviews, I bit the bullet and ordered the all-in-one. It gets clothes clean, dry, and static free in about 2 hours.

This machine works great! We’ve run it through our clothes, towels, and even bedding and it has washed and dryer it all with ease! I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Not only is the product excellent but the guys that delivered were so professional and helpful.

Best purchase ever throw the cloths and go come back in two half hours completely dry just got to pause it to throw the dry sheets in

Sometimes clothes are not all the way dry, I have to start the dryer. Only for a few minutes though

Fantastic! Clean and Dry in less than 2 hours without any intervention and with cell phone notifications. Make sure to clean well the filters after usage though.

Do not buy this without an extended warranty!! Ours spit out an error this past weekend, Fault Code 18. It flooded our laundry area. GE won't come service it because it's outside the one year warranty (we bought it 19 months ago!) and no technician in the area (SF Bay Area) can come fix it because it's too new. GE has terrible customer service. All this money on an appliance that is supposed to be state of the art that is now a giant steel brick. Be sure to buy the longest extended warranty you can get if you decide to buy this anyway so you don't end up like us.

Takes way too long to dry laundry. Returned the unit to go back to separate washer and dryer.

Wife and I absolutely love this item. People say it takes 4 hours! It does 2 in wash and 2 to dry! That’s what normal washer and dryers now take. I love the unit

This washer has been great! It really takes the stress off of having to remember to move clothes from the washer to the dryer in time. Hasn’t let us down one bit!

Energy star my butt. It takes 5 hours for this machine to dry a small load of work clothes. Contacted GE and tried to get a repair man. A GE certified repairs man told me he doesn’t work on this unit

Great system. Just if you install it yourself make sure you take the shipping brackets off the back or somehow it will try to walk away. Other than thati have had no issues with it.

This is an amazing machine! Washes beautifully and dries completely! No venting just plug in and voila ! This perfectly met our needs where venting to the outside was difficult

I have three gripes. One with Best Buy, one with GE, and the other with the delivery company. I purchased the GE Profile Combo and it was delivered by a pair of disgruntled delivery men that clearly hate their job. They sent two delivery people even though the unit is extremely heavy and there's stairs involved. When I went to hook up the unit, the hose attachment was completely destroyed. I called Best Buy and explained the issue. They told me I could replace it but would have to pay an additional $100 for delivery. Totally absurd. After about an hour on support chat, I was told that once the new unit arrives, I can call in again for a refund on the $100. Whatever, I just need a washing machine, so I agreed. The new unit arrived a couple of weeks later and it was the same delivery people... again only two. They told me they could not deliver it because it was more than a two person job. After another length of time on the phone, I finally had it delivered. Great. I can finally do all the laundry that was piling up. After about two months of having the unit, it started having issues. The clothes would not dry and the unit would end cycle in the middle of a wash. It got to the point that the end cycle would happen immediately after starting a cycle. GE sent a repairman out who had no idea how to diagnose this unit. After calling someone else, he told me that I need to replace the computer parts in the washer/dryer and that he would be back in 2 weeks. A week later, I receive a robocall from GE telling me that the parts are on backorder. I wait another 2 weeks and decide to call for a status update. They tell me that it's going to take another month before the parts are available. Absolutely absurd. I hope once my geeksquad warranty kicks in, they're ready for continuous repairs.

Love, love, love this machine. It was a bit of a bear to get in because it is huge! However, hook-up took minutes. One of my favorite perks is receiving a notification on my phone the my laundry is ready.

Very satisfied with this purchase. We are using it in our fifth wheel camper and it’s nothing shy of perfect! Takes about 2.5 hours for an average load. We also have 3 labs and it does great with the fur.

Awesome on paper, 110v and ventless fit my bill as I was moving from gas so 220 wasnt available and the space saving was an added bonus. Fast forward 11 months of light use, the unit stopped dying as well and 13 months of use the pump went out. Resulting in service and parts charges almost as much as a replacement buget dryer!! No warranty support or manufacturer support from best buy or GE. This product is junk and should be avoided!

I am still learning more and more about this beautiful washer and dryer combo. I love so much because I can have freedom to accomplish other activities while my items can wash and then dry on their own.

We hace had this for aviut four weeks. We love it. We have 3 kids and we are always on the go. This also us to start when we leave and just throw in the next batch when we get back
