The Combo Washer/Dryer typically runs a Normal Wash + Dry cycle in about two hours when Eco Dry is enabled, though actual times can vary depending on the load. For tips to help reduce overall cycle duration, we recommend reviewing the "Clothes take too long to dry" section on page 31 of the Owner’s Manual. Installed, ran the self clean cycle because it had water in the drum (is that normal or did I get someone else's return?), then went to do a load of laundry and the display screen is just black. Cannot change any settings, does not show any info. All I can do is push one of the pre set settings. Called best buy, they want to exchange it but not willing to install the new one and after getting this beast installed ourselves once, seems ridiculous that we have to uninstall this and install a replacement. Cant put me on the phone with a tech that might be able to tell me how to reset the thing and see if that works. Absolutely stupid. So if we have to uninstall and install a new one, we will be returning this and buying it somewhere else

And things don’t come out of the dryer fluffed up. Clothes have a different feel, not as soft. More like it was line dried.
