I just don’t like the fact that it makes a lot of noise. It is super loud and kinda changes the texture of my clothes

We recommend checking to be sure that all shipping materials which include: 4 bolts, 4 plastic spacers (including power cord retainers and rubber grommets) and 2 brackets and the screws fastening them to the Combo. The instructions for removal of these parts can be found in the owner's manual. If you prefer video instructions, our "Front Load Washer - Shipping Bolt Removal" video will take you through the steps. If you continue to have issues with noise, please call 1-800-432-2737 to schedule a service appointment to have your Combo checked by an authorized GE Appliances service technician. I have not done large loads whatsoever. the largest load was a sheet and a fitted sheet. At the end of the cycle, the clothes are still wet and not to the point where you can shake out the humidity and they are fine. I have to run 2 separate drying cycles. the standard cycle is 2-2.5 hrs but at the end of the cycle, the clothes are in a load sensing status for a long time. one load it was in this cycle for 3 hours. The air is not blowing hot at all and I did discover some fault code codes related to the heat pump invertor board. I cleared the codes and reset the unit. The air is a little warmer but the machine does not get warm like others mention and obviously the clothes are not getting dry. I think there is obviously an issue with the heat pump as there are thousands of reviews out there raving about this unit. Not to mention, I did design my remodel to accomodate this specific unit so I am just very disappointed.

The upkeep is time consuming and tedious just to keep the coils clean enough to properly dry your clothes. GE needs to go back to the drawing board on this product

The salesman screwed up the order and I had to go back to the store twice to correct it because you can’t call the store and talk to anyone. All calls are forwarded to a call center. The call center said they couldn’t help me. After getting the sales issue corrected they gave me a delivery window. I was planning on being home a half hour before the window started. The delivery guy called me 2 hours before the window and said he was on his way. I told him I couldn’t be there for another hour so he canceled the delivery and I had to reschedule. I was told I would be given a $200 credit for my inconvenience. I also told them I did not want the same delivery person. The same delivery person showed up. When I got my Best Buy bill there was no credit. I called to find out why. I was told they don’t give credit but I would be given a $200 gift card to Best Buy. I wouldn’t have gotten anything if I hadn’t called. So I have to pay full price, Best Buy is giving me $200 of my own money that I have to spend at their store. So essentially I lose and they win. I have since shredded my Best Buy card and will never shop there again.
