Recently had two technicians come to the house. One said he does not know how to work on them the second came spent and hour on the phone to help diagnose which I appreciate the time and attempt. The tech said bad compressor two weeks ago know follow up. As someone who knows heat pumps and has installed and worked on whole house heat pumps for cooling and heating and domestic water heaters there is no way I would do this to a customer. I understand equipment can be bad right from installation however it should have been fix or replaced within a week not 4 months Has been over 3 months with no resolve on my system working. I love the idea and would like to use my washer and dryer and see the great results everyone else has. Case number 11992828 Very poor customer service on Best Buy and GE

From the start, I've had multiple issues, including a leaking lint filter and loud banging and grinding noises during wash cycles. It fails to drain properly, leaving my clothes soaking wet, and often leaves residue on them after washing. To make matters worse, when I called GE support for help, the technician confessed not to know how to repair it. On top of that, my repair appointment was changed without my knowledge, forcing me to take two days off work to be present for the repair. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better from a brand like GE. I definitely do not recommend this product!

So right now not having the best review right now till i can get it repaired.
