I was unsure if a 2 in 1 was a good idea. I try to be careful with money. I have four kids, we do laundry. I'm loving this easy to use and a time saver. I like being able to start a load go to bed done in the morning.

It was time to replace the old ones that we had and we made the switch based on other reviews. It runs perfect and have not had any issues. Getting the space of a 2nd unit open for shelves was a huge bonus.

Love the washer and dryer Combo . It just two things in one i It is great I don't have to take the washer out into the dryer. It doesn't all thank you..

Met all reviews I read. 110 ac no vent really solved location problem. It really opened laundry space.

Got it delivery and install yesterday, did a few loads of laundry..and this is awesome. I have a new laundry room on my second floor, and now I don’t have to run up and down to change the laundry over. The clothes came out great, not damp like some reviews stated. I am surprised it took so long to have a combo machine like this, with all the tech we have today.

Excellent machine, space saving and works as well or better than any other washer/dryer we have had. Love the convenience of having everything in one!

This GE Profile front load washer & heat pump dryer combo has been amazingly helpful for me. Perfect for a condo that has no access to a 220 amp connection for a regular laundry unit. I love the large drum size that comes with this laundry unit. Its a little pricey but it’s worth the investment as it cleans and dries your clothes perfectly.

So we've had this since appliance since August and have generally loved it. No need for a dryer vent and a normal 110V plug is all you need. BUUUUT, for the past few months we've noticed a dramatic decrease in its ability to fully dry the clothes. We cleaned the foam filter numerous times, vacuumed the filter and tried to clear out the filter as much as possible. Still didn't seem to work. We do have 3 dogs so they generate a lot of hair. But there's no disclaimer that says 'don't buy this if you have ANY dogs or kids or people with hair.' So I figured I'd order a replacement filter and when I googled the filter a whole bunch of videos about 'All in One Filter Design Flaw' and 'Filter Hack' came up. After seeing a few videos i went down looked for myself and holy cow, what a mess. Now before you all say 'duh' or 'clean the filter more frequently', we do it religiously. But it's not the filter that is filthy, It's the coil on the other side of the filter that is supposedly designed to keep said hair from the coil. Additionally this coil is practically inaccessible. We've tried vacuum crevice tools and even a bottle brush. The attached photo is a view looking in the slot where the filter goes and looking towards the coil (the faint blue behind all the hair). You think this is a good design? I don't. Bottom line: The filter design is majorly flawed and I wouldn't recommend this product until GE fixes the design and also makes it accessible to clean and/or they provide an updated filter that actually keeps hair and debris off the coils. Otherwise you'll be spending $2K+ for a washer/dryer combo that can only wash.

I’ll waited on riding this review until we had used this quite a bit. We are currently at almost 70 loads. Can’t really find anything negative to say. The convenience of loading a machine one time and coming back and the load being complete is really working well for our family. At this point, I would highly recommend it. And as for reliability, it will have to be better than the Samsung units that it replaced.

The best purchase we have made! Safes me time and space. I would recommend it to everyone. I will neverbgo back to a washer and dryer taking up space. Brillant idea!

Excelente. Washer and dryer, so fast, the clothes is dry to the end that’s the worse thing I was worried about, and this machine is very good

Such a space saver. Really nice appearance. App is great! Worry free washing. Can put a load in and walk away because it will start drying the load after the wash!

Here are the pros and cons of this machine. Pros- I does a good job of washing and drying the clothes. No pulling clothes from one machine to the other. Automatic soap dispenser. I believe it is using too much soap. Only one machine. Save room in the garage. Cons- You can only do ONE load at a time. This works for me with a small family, If you have a lot of loads to do, it will take a few days to complete. This will not work for a good size family. As everyone said it takes a long time to dry. Over 3.5 hours to wash and dry a load of towels. It takes this long because the moist air is not forced out of the machine like a normal dryer. At 120v you don’t have the power. The lint trap will not last long. This has a cheap tab to release it. This will eventually break. Same with the plastic guard that holds the black mesh in place. The tabs will eventually break. This machine weighs 300lbs. Not sure how I will get this up on the platform GE has for it.

BestBuy sold me a total lemon. It was the GE profile combo washer and dryer. It was marketed as having cosmetic imperfections but like-new working order. Well it leaked all over my floor. I called GE to have a GE tech fix it. He connected his computer to the machine and "didnt find issues except that the dispense bin almost overflowed but didnt." He never ran a full cycle. It leaked less than 5 min after he left running a self-clean cycle, not one of his test cycles. We then had an ice storm the last 5 days of my 14 day return period. BestBuy said id need to go to the store i bought it from to ask to see if i can return it a few days after the storm. Well i travelled 2.5 hours to get this discounted "working like new" machine. Why cant i call the store? Anyway makes no sense to inconvenient customers so much. Then best buy told me that i need to call them to fix the machine as they "run their own tests on it". I explained that the test the GE guy ran doesnt detect the real life issues, nor did the best buy "check" done before selling this machine. No one really ran a reall cycle. Who knows how much Best Buy would charge me to send their GeekSquad out to fix the machine that should have been in good woeking order. Well, i connected my machine to the app and wifi, and through ongoing conversations with GE, i now have parts delivered for MULTIPLE parts of the machine as part of warrenty. Best buy should have done all this before selling this machine. It is reckless productivity that could have really damaged my property had i placed it inside my home. Fortunately i had it in my garage, so so far i dont notice any damage from all the water leaks from this machine

Please go on youtube ans watch all reviews and research all possible reviews online. I had a terrible mistake buying this. Initially the machine takes forever to wash and dry and after a fewonths it will stop drying all together and lint makes a big mess in the drum. I hae total tech supposed but their appointments are always one to two weeks out. The first appointment was to see what it was doing but no one in their staff knows how to fix it so im still waiting on another appointment two weeka from now to see ehat they plan to do. Meanwhile, i dont habe a working washer/dryer. Dont buy it!!

I would say it is expensive for most of us BUT it is worth the pay! Been usung it for a month now and it does a great job all the time! Wrinkle Free ✔️ Save Time ✔️ Save Energy/Electricity ✔️ Dry Perfectly ✔️ Happy ✔️ Satisfied✔️ Very convenient ✔️ Space saver ✔️ I like the idea that can connect to wifi and control it over the phone as well! If you always busy and have no time to do your laundry this is perfect for you!

This thing is absolutely AMAZING!! No Joke.... My clothes have never felt better!! HUUUUGE SHOUT OUT TO LG!!! You have managed to make the worst chore in the house sooo much better!!! Ill never be able to go back... Seriously!! This whole no static thing, completely changes the way your clothes feel! Just wow!!!

Absolutely love my new washer and dryer combo!! I can wash and dry 2-3 loads a day! Some reviews states it doesn’t dry all the way well it is damp once you open the door but as soon as you get them out and start folding they are dry.

Works fantastic. Short dry times for a combo unit. No need for a vent and plugs into a standard outlet.

I love this machine. I mean that. I watched so many videos on this and read all kinds of reviews... This thing was the "it sounds too good to be true" exception to the rule. It washes well, treats clothes better, and dries without swapping loads. As long as the filter is clean and the maintenance is performed, this thing is just genius in motion.
