My washer and dryer

It starts out strong but and ends up being a piece of junk. We've had four service calls on it in the last year for the same thing, The top is poorly designed the vent allows for lint to get stuck all up in the machine and burn everything up. i've gone through two control panels a pump and we have lost laundry time.

No Fuss!!

The deliver guy put it through a test wash and dry cycle. He pressed start and left. The system completed an empty wash and dry cycle in under 2 hrs. Unfortunately it is broken, it was rattling like a wrench was banging around inside during the spin cycle and the Microban gasket is wrecked. I think we got a lemon. The last time I saw a gasket like this and heard noises like that was when my old washer and dryer failed amd. I will try to update this review once I get a new and functioning unit from BestBuy.

Best Buy promptly came back to my home, picked the defective unit up, and literally dropped a new unit off without installing it, despite I paid for install of the original defective unit. I am very dissatisfied with customer service wait times and their inability to get a geek squad meme er to my home to install. The newly delivered unit is just sitting in the middle of my laundry room.
