I have been using the Ge washer and dryer combo since october 2023, and it is driving me crazy with 2 issues. 1. My combo recently is making grinding sound when it starts running during washing cycle. The drying cycle seems do not have the sound. 2. The control lock feature keeps beeping like turning on and off when during washing and drying. The beeping sound stops after awhile then starts making the sound again. Overall, the machine is still doing its job. This unit requires regular maintenance. I do not think it worths the money for the headache.

This is the first time owning a combo washer/dryer and GE PROFILE All In One does not disappoint. Load once and forget about it until the application alerts me the wash has been completed. Can’t get better than that. The clothes are clean and dry. I love the automatic detergent dispenser. This machine has all the bells and whistles. This has been a real time saver. Worth the money paid for it!!

Love this combo washer/dryer. It is so convenient and takes up half the space in my laundry room. I thought it might be more complicated to use but it was not. I use to forget to move my washed items to the dryer but that i took off my forget list, the machine takes care of it all.

I’ve been using this combo for nearly a year. It is extremely handy for an on-the-go individual like me. No need to swap loads or forget clothes in the washer. This all-in-one unit has been a life saver.

Have had mine for about a month and so far love it. Hopefully it lasts a long time. Time will tell. Only negative is that sometimes the time estimation says 5 minutes to complete but then “load senses” for quite a few minutes longer. Only seems to happen on delicates cycle. Normal cycle is quite accurate and finishes in slightly over 2 hours. Not bad. Love that it’s ventless and can run on a normal 110v outlet.

It took me a while to get used to this All-in-One machine. At first I thought the clothes were slightly damp when removed from the dryer. The clothes came out rather hot from my old dryer, so I can see how this one is more energy efficient. It is really easy to learn how to use, it's a real space saver, and I am finding that the somewhat damp clothes fully dry in no time. It takes a while to adjust to new technology, and I love this washer/dryer combo.

My wife had been asking for one of these for over a year and we finally jumped into it. So far it's amazing as a parent of one with another on the way. Late night with a child sick on all the sheets? Toss them in and they're dry when you wake up! Don't want to do tons of laundry on the weekend? Just toss the clothes in during the week for a quick cycle, fold, and then your weekend is free from those chores. Honestly, this has been phenomenal so far for us!

Very good appliance so far! The washer is very easy to use and cleans very well, also very quiet when operating.

this washing machine/ dryer works well! turn on the machine, put the load in, drop in the soap and fabric softner then that's it. it sensors the dryer so it may feel wet but i assure you its dry. this machine is so easy to use and no need to put in dryer. i use my phone to see if its done or can modify through my phone. this is well worth the purchase. i love this machine!

I have forgotten many times to switch laundry or would avoid it as long as possible and with working a lot made doing laundry a pain. Since getting the Combo that hasnt been an issue and great to get things washed and dryed well I am at work. Its also great with all the different settings. Have clothes from jiu jitsu, put on active wear. Got I dont what to know on my EMS clothes, sanitizer mode. Bulky blanket might be a little damp but i just put it on extra dry and it does the trick. Also the update it got to remove pet hair has been amazing with my cats constantly on my clothes.

It’s so smart! Follow the simple directions to set the type of load you are washing and it takes care of the rest! It measures the right amount of detergent and fabric softener, washes the clotehes, and then uses air speed (not so much hear) to dry the clothes. No more swapping loads from washer to dryer, and no more hanging up clothes because you’re worried the heat of the dryer will shrink them. What a huge time-saver; we love it!

I consider myself efficient, 5 kids but this is a game changer, my personal maid servant! I load, set to specific settings which I love, more water, more dry, ex dirt or light soil, and many more options if I want , but not necessary, and Done! literally I come back and it’s finished . I am more efficient and clothes are amazingly clean and dry cleaner crisp. I wish I had sooner Love love love

This is revolutionary, wash and dry your cloths in one machine. This works great, keeps cloths extra clean and dry cloths great. No gas line, no exhaust vent and only normal 15 amp outlet needed. It has a built in dehimidifier type technology that dries cloths wothout venting after washing. Alerts on phone and apple watch when cloths done and many electronic setting on the app. Uses very little power that is the best energy efficency.

I have had and used this machine for 4 months and I love the ease of starting and forgetting until it is ready to be folded! No worrying with detergent or fabric softener with each load, simply pour whole bottle in and you are ready for lots of loads, after 4 months it just needed refilled. It has been great so far!

Really like the two in one makes things alot easier me and my wife love it.

I’ve had the combo for one month and I’m very happy with the purchase. I love the ease of use, the settings are intuitive and the app is fantastic. I did just order the GE cleaning brushes for the lint filter. I think that should come automatically with the combo, IMO. I would recommend this unit if you’re looking to try a combo washer/dryer.

I am on my second machine. I purchased my first in October 2024. It stopped working in August 2025. At that time, it was perpetually stuck in load sensing instead of drying so the clothes would all get washed, but the water wouldn’t get spun out, and it would not dry. But worse than that load sensing will run as long as you let it. So do not do a load of laundry before bed or before you go to work because you will come home in the machine will have been running all day. It’s really helpful in the app that they tell you how many kilowatt hours you’re using in a day just puts the knife right to the heart of how useless this machine is and how it actually cost you money. That coupled with the laundromat expense is phenomenal. October 2025 GE replaced it with a new machine same model. I’ve had the machine eight weeks. It’s doing the exact same thing. GE doesn’t look at it as a continuation of the first problem they look at it as a new problem. So they’re insisting on going through the hassle of trying to find a technician in my area who will come fix it… guess what nobody will come fix it. It weighs 318 pounds and requires two people to move it so technicians will not work on this machine because it takes two of them for one job and they’re not gonna get paid for two technicians on one job.
