This product is fantastic! I love how I can pre-fill the detergent and fabric softener without having to worry about filling them up for each load. I have no issues with drying. My clothes dry perfectly. This product is perfect for a person who is always on the go. I often forget to switch my clothes from the washer to the dryer, so this product has helped me with that. I no longer have to worry about moldy clothes that have been sitting in the washer.

This washer dryer combo is nothing short of amazing! Laundry day has definitely changed in routine. Long gone are the days when you're too busy and forget to take your clothes out of the washing machine... Causing laundry to be rewashed...no more of that hassle. I would absolutely recommend this all in one!

I love my washer I can put the clothes in start it go to bed or take care of errands and when I wake or come back the laundry is dry and ready to hang or fold. When you pull the clothes out they may feel damp but by the time I get them out hung or folded they feel dry. The only problem I have is socks while washing they at times get stuck in the gasket and are wet when other clothes are dry. I tell everyone if they are going to buy a washer and dryer buy a combo. The pet hair removal, self dispensing soap and fabric softener is great. I haven’t tried using bleach as we have a septic system and that kills the good enzymes.

We were hesitant to get a washer/dryer combo. After Brandon told us of his personal use testimony report of this combo we decided to go ahead and get it. We love how it gets the job done with very little human input. In our case we wash cycling apparel 2 times a week and it has specific settings for that as well as the ability to use detergent specifically for that. (2 separate detergent and softener tubs.) Thanks also to Dustin B. for suggesting we look at this. We love this. The SmartHQ app makes it pretty easy. It keeps you notified on wash/dry status. NOTE: We had to install a plug/cover for the dryer vent that is no longer needed. Also the SmartHQ app opens up more control and flexibility in settings than the controls on the unit do. Highly recommend setting up the SmartHQ app!

We purchased the GE Combo Washer Dryer in September 2023, with delivery in January 2024, hoping for a convenient and efficient solution for our laundry needs. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. Within just a few months of use, we have encountered numerous issues that have made this appliance more of a burden than a help. 1. Consistent Failures: Since our purchase, we have had to call a service technician due to various issues. Initially, we experienced dryer vent problems, which required a technician’s visit. Most recently, the washer failed to drain water, leaving it filled and unusable. This latest issue has caused a significant inconvenience. 2. Poor Customer Service: Our experience with GE’s customer service has been disappointing. When we reported the latest issue, the earliest they could send a technician was a week later. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the ongoing problems we have faced with this appliance. 3. Total Tech Support Issues: We also purchased Total Tech support from Best Buy, expecting additional help and quicker service. However, we were informed that since the product is still within the 1-year manufacturer warranty, Total Tech cannot assist us. This is extremely frustrating, especially since we are paying a monthly fee for this service and expected better support. 4. Reliability Concerns: The frequent breakdowns and failures of this washer dryer have caused us to lose confidence in its reliability. An appliance that is supposed to make life easier has instead added stress and frustration to our daily routine. 5. Lack of Resolution: Despite having a technician look at the appliance previously for dryer vent issues, the problems persist. It seems that the underlying issues have not been effectively addressed, leading to repeated failures. Overall, our experience with the GE Combo Washer Dryer has been extremely unsatisfactory. We expected a dependable appliance but have instead been dealing with consistent failures and unhelpful customer support. Furthermore, Best Buy’s Total Tech support has not provided the assistance we expected, adding to our frustration. We cannot recommend this product to anyone seeking a reliable washer dryer solution.

We have only had the combo washer/dryer two days but have done 4 loads of laundry and have had zero issues with the clothes being dried. Our first load was towels…no issues. The one thing i do want people to know is if you are wanting automatic detergent and softner, make sure you turn it on before washing. Its the top two buttons on the right side. This combo is amazing and is a true game changer. And this is an energy saver!

I have owned this product for over a year and it is very convenient not to have to mo e it from one machine to another.

So far I am very impressed with this appliance! It has performed very well, even with multiple pets in the home. It's easy to use and such a time saver. I do recommend getting the pedestal too (note: it does not have a storage drawer) because that extra height is definitely needed.

This is really a great unit! It’s great for those of us who are forgetful or can’t keep these tasks at the top of mind. Throw your clothes in and come back to them being washed and dried. I will also point out that this unit has saved me a ton in detergent. You throw in a bottle and forget about it! My only negative, and this may not affect most, but my laundry room is tiny and the unit is ginormous! I can’t close the door that leads to my garage. No way this fits in an apartment. It is HUGE! Also, wouldn’t trade it in for anything!

Wife was skeptical of a Combination washer and Dryer, but I don't think I could get her to go back.

I LOVE THIS MACHINE. That’s is. That could be the full review. I feel like GE should hire me because I’ve been spreading the gospel about how life saving this thing is to anyone that will listen. We live in a rowhome and have zero storage. We were considering paying $5-$10k to purchase new units, ours died, and move them to the basement. Then, I found this. Now we will be able to add the storage we want above and no more mildew smell from forgetting the clothes in the washer. My only “complaint” is that I get a notification via the app that says it will be done in 5 minutes when it has like 20 to go. But, given that I can just throw in a load whenever and it does everything.. it literally doesn’t matter. I love not having to vent through the ceiling, I love the auto dispense detergent- I do wish it would stop asking me to fill the softener though- I love the tech, I love that I have space, I love the filter. I just love it and will keep updating over time. If you’re thinking about buying it, trust me, it’s worth it.

This washer/dryer combo is a huge upgrade from my previous traditional, separate washer & dryer units. The load capacity is sufficient for all standard household washing needs and the machine offers several preset cycle options. Wash & dry cycles run fairly quietly and the exhaust-less design is wonderful. One thing to note: The dry cycles seem to run longer than needed for most small-medium sized loads so I usually end up stopping those about 40 minutes sooner than the preset timer to avoid over-drying.

I've had this combo for about three weeks now. It's been such a game changer. I've washed towels, bedding, active wear, swim, etc. The washer does as expected and the dryer surpassed my expectations. I love that I can put a load in and walk away. I don't have to worry about switching it. I also love that is is ventless. We were able to put in in our main bedroom closet and it's been the best move! I have a small family of three so this unit works great for our needs. I would recommend this combo!

Beautiful machine! Has taken me awhile to figure out the works, but I’ve got it. The lint filter is to me, kinda wonkey. Freed up a lot of space in laundry room!

Up to now (1 month aprox) works perfectly. I thinkk that vibrate too muvh when spinning, maybe is because of the pdedtal. The filter works very well but it is almost imposible to clean in it drawer (where there filter enter). Will see in a couple of months… But it really simplify my live.

Love this machine! We had a similar combo unit that took forever to dry. This one only takes 2 hours for BOTH wash and dry cycles to complete. I love the fact that it goes automatically into dryer mode. The detergent reservoir is huge and dispenses the correct amount needed. The app is great and lets you know when to add detergent or when to clean lint screen. It is also fairly quiet. They have really finally figured out how to do a great ventless washer dryer combo!

The guys that came to install it were great and professional will love to buy from here again and have instalation i love the washer it runs quite and efficient does way better than expected

I absolutely love this unit. I was having issues with my laundry set so I did some research and chose the GE Profile wash/ dry combo. I love that it’s connected to my phone. It does an excellent job of washing and drying in just about the same time as a separate set and I don’t have to transfer the load. I also like the detergent and softener dispensers. You fill them up and do many loads without adding each time. I also like the extra room in the laundry room.

We had excellent service at the Noblesville Best Buy. The staff is so helpful! We returned an item that just didn’t fit our expectations and needs. The clothes smell amazing and small loads are great. The heavier items did not dry completely with sensor. So the efficiency for what we need was not there. The customer service and team effort to keep their customers happy was evident! Highly recommend this store!

Here are the pros and cons of this machine. Pros- I does a good job of washing and drying the clothes. No pulling clothes from one machine to the other. Automatic soap dispenser. I believe it is using too much soap. Only one machine. Save room in the garage. Cons- You can only do ONE load at a time. This works for me with a small family, If you have a lot of loads to do, it will take a few days to complete. This will not work for a good size family. As everyone said it takes a long time to dry. Over 3.5 hours to wash and dry a load of towels. It takes this long because the moist air is not forced out of the machine like a normal dryer. At 120v you don’t have the power. The lint trap will not last long. This has a cheap tab to release it. This will eventually break. Same with the plastic guard that holds the black mesh in place. The tabs will eventually break. This machine weighs 300lbs. Not sure how I will get this up on the platform GE has for it.
