I really love this unit. Does a great job with cleaning and drying. Freed up a ton of room in our laundry room. The only downside is the lack of parallel processing, but this is a minor one.

Love the LG wash and dry combo. Easy to use with a variety of wash and dry options. Definitely change our family life for the better when it came laundry.

Defective on arrival, shock absorbers defective and it takes 2 hours to wash and dry. Wait, for GE to iron out the kinks

Easy setup. Connected to my Wi-Fi, mobile app, and registered the product in 20 mins. My first load went without a hitch and my clothes came out super soft and smelling great. Settings to customize my loads were easy as well.

I bought this product thinking it would last me for a few years, but it barely lasted a year before breaking down. One day it just stoped drying. I’ve had multiple professionals come out, all of whom were either unfamiliar with the system I reached out to GE customer service several times, hoping they could offer guidance or at least direct me to someone who could help—but their support has been completely useless. Save yourself the headache. Look for a brand that stands behind their products, actually supports their customer and lasts longer than a year.

Very happy with this product! No more "Oops I forgot to switch the load to the dryer!" Which is why my laundry would take forever, not to mention saves it from becoming moldy if left over night! Clothes come out clean and dry (don't let the slight humid feel when you pull the clothes out confuse you. It is not damp, that feeling goes away after a minutes of being taken out.) I love how it has a dispenser for the soap and softener. Also that is calculates how much of them to use and water! Ventless allows it to be put anywhere it can be hooked up to water! When we remodel the upstairs, we hope to move the machine up there so no more up and down the stairs! Truly worth the purchase!

We love it! For some it may not make sense but for us it makes lots of sense! My old dryer was in the garage and washer in the kitchen, so it was very frustrating doing laundry. Now we never have to worry about a stinky load!

Great product easy to use and very tech I love it!!

After having this machine for less than 6 months I had to call for repair. The lint filter was not collecting all of the lint in the filter and was trapped in the actual drum of the machine. They came to fix it. They fixed it by vacuuming it out. Great, so I thought and bought all the extra attachments for my vacuum to do this when the error code came on again or to prevent it from coming on and cleaning it monthly. 6 months later the machine had the same issue. This time when geek squad came out the service provider was excellent and honest about the issue with the machine and he ordered a new lint filter and used electrical tape to block the lint filter from releasing heat and not collecting all the lint. Okay - 9 months later....the same error and issue arose. This time the machine filled with water in the drum and I had to empty it from the bottom of the machine. Well.......as I emptied it apparently there was water coming out from the back of the water release and ended up through my ceiling and into my living room. I had to replace my ceiling and have it treated to prevent mold. The rep came out and said It was the same issue and lint had clogged the machine and he would order another lint filter. He then told me he would have to hot glue the lint trap closed. ARE YOU SERIOUS! This $2000 machine (when I bought it) Has now caused me more misery and I will have a machine that is hot glued. NO THÅNK YOU!!!! Come get this machine. Geek Squad approved my request for an exchange - thank God that I purchased the extended warranty. HOWEVER - the exchange process has been a nightmare. Geek Squad delayed my gift card to purchase a new machine (won't be this one) which I am still waiting for and have now been without a washer and dryer for 3 weeks and am still waiting..............

All I can say is you have to try it to understand it. This is the new style of washing coming to the market. Uses way less energy in his way more efficient space-saving as well. It uses only 110 with no dryer vent needed.

This machine is magical!! The best thing created. I have a household of 4 and we love it. I used to always forget to put the laundry into the dryer, with this machine doing everything for me it’s a game changer.

This really is an amazing machine. You can pre-load detergent and fabric softener for multiple washes. You can also use your phone to get updates of when the clothes are done. I would highly recommend it. My kids tend to wash and forget to dry clothes and it would have that mildew smell even after 2 washes. With this machine you set it and forget it, you will not have that horrible smell as the machine dries it for you. I find that if you want a little extra smell good throw some extra soap on the clothes, and softener on a black sock and toss it in. Also after it has completed your wash cycle you can open it to toss in a dryer sheet.

This is a perfect washer dryer combo for a single person or two, and great for someone who is busy with work and wants to reclaim lost time doing laundry.

This is a new product from GE so I was wary of the ventless washer/ dryer combination until I had no other option available at the time - I Love It! I am having an issue with Best Buy getting the door to swing from L to R.

I love this! It makes my laundry day far less complicated. Not having to move clothing between appliances is great!!
