Great machine, very space efficient.

Clothes do sometimes come out slightly damp, but a quick shake usually fixes that. Love the auto dispense detergent and being able to start an monitor a wash cycle from the app.

The only negative things are…the Lint is not easy to get out of the interior of the machine and it vibrates a lot in spin cycle. Loud.

After a few weeks it completely stopped working. Luckily bought the protection plan but GE said it’s a part that will take 2 weeks to arrive. Bummed we were sold a unit that wasn’t in good working condition. Would recommend getting a new one maybe and definitely the coverage!

Good, but different

However it is pretty noisy, especially when it first begins the wash cycle. The clothes seem cleaner than my previous machine, but the steamy dry feeling takes a little to get accustomed to. It feels damp to me especially towels.

I love that I can control it from my phone. I love the freedom it gives me, and the efficiency when it comes to my electric bill.

I no longer forget to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer. I let it dispense the soap and fabric softener and don't have to deal with that each time either. I can get rid of duct work that I used on my old dryer and, best of all, it only uses 11 amps! It plugs into my regular house 110 outlet. Way less electrical consumption. And, it sends me a message when the clothes are about done so I can be ready to pull them out (when I can remember to do it). This is the way all clothes cleaners should operate.
