We are thoroughly impressed by how excelle t this new unit performs. Ventless is the way to go and we have so much more room since its all one unit. Wow!

I wanted to love this machine and it has many pluses but ultimately I returned it after 2 months simply bc of the length of time it took per load. I loved how little soap it used and how clean everything came out. Loved the size load I could run with room to spare. 3 sets of queen sheets no problem. However, one load took an average of 3 hours to wash & dry and if clothes had any polyester in them they were far from dry. The concept is awesome and I loved having the extra room in my laundry room but seeing that I run 3-4 loads a day it wasn’t the best for this household.

The idea of a heat pump ventless washer/dryer is great. The problem is that GE didn’t properly design this one. The lint filtration system is horrible. The filter is very loose-fitting and it allows lint to bypass and clog the fins in the heat pump. GE it’s well aware of the problem, yet they have no “fix” for it. Check YouTube for videos describing this problem. It is a problem for every combo made. I contacted customer service. They said they would pass it on to Product and Design. That doesn’t help me. I asked if I could contact P and D. They said, “No.” All I wanted to ask was were they working on a fix. Seems that they aren’t. They expect each owner to call out a service tech once a year to clean the fins on the heat pump. Who does this? Certainly not LG or Samsung. This may be a good system one day, but not today. Do your research and buy from another company.

We have had this unit for about 3 weeks now and just like everyone else says it does a great job. The more you wash the more it refines the wash cycle. First time we did a load it was saying about 2 hours to complete now it says about 1:40. It learns as it grows. For our house hold it works great. For a larger house that does more laundry it may benefit to have separate unit or another of the same. We have no complaints so far. It does a great job cleaning the clothes and have had no issues with them being wet at the end of the drying cycle. Sheets, towels, everything has been completed as expected.

We’ve had this machine for about a month now and are impressed with both its cleaning and drying. It has capabilities we are just beginning to explore. WeE especially appreciate the addd space we reclaimed in getting rid of the 2nd machine. Also appreciate the energy savings in being able to shut the gas off to our dryer and that everything ruins on a 120V circuit. Just hoping it holds up in the long haul. We are meticulous in removing lint after each load to try to avoid lint buildup on the heat pump

I had reservations with going ventless again having had experience with a different brand. The old machine took hours to do a basic load. The ge all in one is very different. 2 hours a full load is complete! No separate machine needed. I can’t tell you how many times the transfer to the dryer would be forgotten. This is simple perfect. Auto dispense of both the detergent and fabric softener has also been amazing. Just throw the clothes in and hit play. That’s it. The only thing to keep in mind is ensure after every load to clean the filter. I would highly recommend this machine.

It is convenient and holds a lot of clothes. It's indeed a smart machine. Don't mix your blanket and clothes together. It would take forever to dry...

I love this machine! I’ve had it for a few weeks but have completed a dozen loads. I heard lots of complaints about combination machines generally - that they don’t dry well, but that’s not the case here. I live in a condo with a closet for a compact stacked unit. Since it’s an all in one I now have extra storage space above the unit. I love the auto dispense, the anti wrinkle feature, and the ability to track completion. My favorite though; throwing in a load, losing the door, pushing a button and coming back to a clean, dry load of laundry in under 2 hours.

I bought this washer dryer combo last month, and so far I am happy with it! I don't have to worry about moving the clothes to the dryer. It's all done in one step!

The product was delivered in the time frame assigned, and they placed it right where I needed it. The product is working great so far.

This is the worst machine ever! I have this machine for about 9 months and it's already stopped drying, the clothes stink, and they come out damp and moldy. After looking at online resources, it looks like the machine needs A LOT of cleaning. like A LOT!!!! This is so inconvenient and is more inconvenient than having 2 machines and moving the clothes yourself. Lint gets stuck in all these awkward places and is impossible to remove. I have told that I have to vacuum, brush & do other dramatics to remove the lint from this machine and it's literally impossible. the machine also weighs 315 lb so its literally impossible to move by yourself to see if you can take the top off to clean. There is also a water clean out valve at the bottom, which is so inconvenient to take out water from and causes a lot of issues. and guess what? Lint gets stuck there as well. I have owned multiple machines in my past, and this is the worst most inconvenient one of them all. The GE customer service is literally the worst, I have called multiple times to people that dont pick up, and when they do pick up, they promise to schedule service with a repair or technician, I don't receive any follow up. I have still not been able to get my machine serviced and it's been over 3 weeks! Overall I am so frustrated with this machine and have no idea what to do. Don't in all gods name buy this machine!

Over all this is a good machine.. But the problem is with the cleaning of the lent filter..And also getting the left over lent from the machine. Other then its a good machine.

Purchased an open box and unfortunately it never worked like it’s supposed to. After a few weeks it completely stopped working. Luckily bought the protection plan but GE said it’s a part that will take 2 weeks to arrive. Bummed we were sold a unit that wasn’t in good working condition. Would recommend getting a new one maybe and definitely the coverage!

Our all in one washer dryer is performing as advertised plus it is super quiet and has little vibration we are very happy with it and are happy we purchased it

Sleek, space saving beauty! I have a very small house with my laundry room visible to anyone in my kitchen. Not having the washer AND dryer prevents those coming in the front door from seeing it! Also love being able to pour the entire bottle of laundry soap and softner into the machine and not having to add it to every load! Still trying to get used to the longer wash/dry cycle, but the payoff is not having to transfer from one machine to the other. And it will recyle on drying so they don't sit in there and wrinkle while it waits for you to unload!

Fantastic machine that does it all. love how it washes and dries all in on press of the button. automatic dispensing is also fantastic!

Love it! Extremely easy to use, and I appreciate that it texts me once the load is ready.
