We were a bit skeptical at first but given our space requirements this seemed like it could be perfect, well it is! My wife says on a regular basis "I love our new washer/dryer" Amazingly simple to use, only takes 110 and was able to utilize my 220 in the fuse box for our Hot Tub installation. It is also quite stunning looking and gave us a much needed space to hang clothes above- - -

I have had this combo since the end of Aug. 2024. I love the fact I dont have to switch from the washer to the dryer. It really shakes when it is spinning in the wash cycle with a heavy load or a lite load. Thinking of putting it on the enclosed porch that it would be on a concrete floor. If a sock or something small gets caught in the rubber seal at the bottom near the door it doesnt dry. Washes and dries great.

This is what I needed! I live in a condo that can’t vent outside and needed something not too big since I don’t have a lot of space for two machines. Also with it being more quiet, I don’t cause any issues with neighbors. This all in one unit does the job and leaves each load dry and smelling fresh. I would recommend for anyone needing to save space and the stress free wash.

This washer/dryer combo is the perfect addition for our busy family and has freed up so much space in my laundry room. Delivery from the Geek Squad was pain free and they even put it in my laundry room despite them not having to hook it up (this thing is heavy!) You can fit a good amount of clothes in it for both cycles and I love having fresh, clean laundry in the morning without me having to get out of bed to swap loads into the dryer.

This only one washer dryer combo has made doing laundry so much easier. It has multiple settings to do whatever needs to be done, including only washer only dry. The corresponding app let you know when the cycle you selected is finished. The automatic dispensers for soap and softener are an added plus. I was able to install it upstairs without having to cut a vent or run 220 line which was great.

So we've had this since appliance since August and have generally loved it. No need for a dryer vent and a normal 110V plug is all you need. BUUUUT, for the past few months we've noticed a dramatic decrease in its ability to fully dry the clothes. We cleaned the foam filter numerous times, vacuumed the filter and tried to clear out the filter as much as possible. Still didn't seem to work. We do have 3 dogs so they generate a lot of hair. But there's no disclaimer that says 'don't buy this if you have ANY dogs or kids or people with hair.' So I figured I'd order a replacement filter and when I googled the filter a whole bunch of videos about 'All in One Filter Design Flaw' and 'Filter Hack' came up. After seeing a few videos i went down looked for myself and holy cow, what a mess. Now before you all say 'duh' or 'clean the filter more frequently', we do it religiously. But it's not the filter that is filthy, It's the coil on the other side of the filter that is supposedly designed to keep said hair from the coil. Additionally this coil is practically inaccessible. We've tried vacuum crevice tools and even a bottle brush. The attached photo is a view looking in the slot where the filter goes and looking towards the coil (the faint blue behind all the hair). You think this is a good design? I don't. Bottom line: The filter design is majorly flawed and I wouldn't recommend this product until GE fixes the design and also makes it accessible to clean and/or they provide an updated filter that actually keeps hair and debris off the coils. Otherwise you'll be spending $2K+ for a washer/dryer combo that can only wash.

Works as advertised. I liked it so much, I bought another one. I put a splitter on the water hoses and both lines fit in the drain. Being ventless means saving on those semi-annual vent cleanings. Laundry has become less of a burden with five people who change clothes too much. One does the job, I just wanted to make my job a lot simpler. The app lets you know when detergent and softener are low. It also tells you when there are 5 minutes left for the cycle. I also love that you can adjust how much detergent and softener go into the cycles. My towels smell so good. Okay I can’t keep raving, bottom line - I love them!!!

Works great! wash 2 blankets at once. Drawbacks are the top of the maching vibrates (appearently normal) so you can't keep anything on top of it :( Also the way it works you have to "shake out" the humidity when removing clothes, so whatever time you saved in not having to switch clothes from washer to dryer is spent when removing and shaking out the clothes.

After 5 attempts for Delivery which was quite frustrating but finally up and running! I just wanted to write a quick review I LOVE THIS MACHINE it’s everything the manufacturer says it is so efficient quite no more changing loads in between no problems with drying clothes are clean and bright don’t hesitate to buy this it also run regular 110 outlet

Pro: Convenient and saves power Cons: noisy(2nd floor) and smelled like mildew at first Things to do: -get rubber pads to reduce noise -if it smells like mildew and still damp even after 2nd dry cycle. Go to page 26 on your guide and check it the drain is installed correctly

Efficient, easy to use, clean. Saves water and time. So much space saved!

We have been using our GE combo unit for a bit over a month now, about 50 loads of laundry, and absolutely love thisnrhing! It cleans way better than our old unit that was only about 5 years old, and is much quieter and faster. It took a bit to get used of the laundry feeling "wet" after the dry cycle, and a king size comforter may need aome additional dry time. We found that using the fastest spin speed helps a lot. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase!

Works very well. I love it. It’s nice not having to switch things out. Saves space since we live in an apartment. Saves on detergent too with the self measuring according to size/weight. I like all the options. Some in our home have sensitivities to detergents and need an extra rinse cycle which is one of the options as well. Super easy to use. Our whole family is happy with it.

After our 3 year old, overpriced LG stainless steel dryer drum literally busted...we needed a replacement, and since our laundry room is located in the center of our home with an over extended venting run, sparking...Ventless units, sparked greater interest for us than vented units. And thus far I am beyond thrilled with our purchase of the GE Ultrafast Combo! It has surpassed all our performance expectations by far, plus solved the issues we had with prior venting. Thank you, GE!!!!

I’ll waited on riding this review until we had used this quite a bit. We are currently at almost 70 loads. Can’t really find anything negative to say. The convenience of loading a machine one time and coming back and the load being complete is really working well for our family. At this point, I would highly recommend it. And as for reliability, it will have to be better than the Samsung units that it replaced.

I love this washer! The fact that I can load the washer with detergent and fabric softener is brilliant. Great to stop the kids from using too much detergent.

Amazing unit however the install was a nightmare had to install myself and the installers damaged the unit….

I love this combo so much. It works great and my clothes come out nice and clean and completely dry. The other thing I love is that it is super energy efficient since it doesn’t use the normal dryer outlet. It uses a standard 120 V outlet. It is incredibly more efficient than running the dryer by itself. The only thing is sometimes some of the lint can bypass the lint catcher and it can get on the fins on the inside but I just use a soft lint brush and that fixes the problem.

I have been living with the GE washer dryer combo for about 2 months. I am coming from a basic (budget) washer and dryer. This machine has been very intuitive and has made doing laundry less of a chore. Fill up the detergent and softener, then it will dispens for many loads (automatic amount kr set amount). Wash and dry times are comparable to two separate units. Never have to worry about soured cloths. On top of being more energy efficient it does not suck ypu conditioned air out side. All around great machine!

I am happy to buy this combo washing machine, it is very practical, easy to install, it takes up very little space, it leaves the garment clean and soft and I do not have to worry about drying it since automatically after the wool cycle, the drying cycle begins. I recommend this combo washing machine and drye I love it
