I have only had this washer dryer combo for a month now. I can tell you I will never go back to the standard washer/dryer. Love how this combo saves me money in washing detergent/fabric softener. As a mom with all boys the older boys tend to over use both. Not anymore they never have to add laundry detergent/fabric softener again. Also love the air dry technology no more wear and tear on our clothes.

If it sounds too good to be true…IT IS!!! This turned out to be a nightmare! For the first 8months things were pretty good (although the dryer always left clothes slightly damp). But for the past 3 months I have had service men at my house both from GE & the geek squad repairing every single part of this machine (basically building me a new machine from within). They replaced sensors, filters, wires, boards, the motor, the list was endless!!! And after 3 long months without a washer/dryer, they finally decided to take it back and give me a replacement! Needless to say I will be going with a traditional washing machine and separate dryer and NOT GE!!!

By far the most expensive washer/dryer I have ever purchased and by far the worst washer/dryer I have ever used. We take care to clean and baby this machine. However, it has broken down multiple times and I have had Best Buy and Samsung technicians in my house repeatedly. I have been forced to use laundry mats as my machine is often awaiting repair. A Samsung technician admitted to us that this model is unreliable. Samsung gave us a free cleaning kit so we could thoroughly clean lint buildup deep in the machine in recesses that I believe customers would not normally be expected to access. In my opinion this buildup occurs because of poor design.

We absolutely love the machine. We always use the more dry setting but things are dry they just dont always feel like it. Manual says to shake it once and sure enough it feels dry. Super weird to get used to but has to do with how things are sealed in. We did King sized bedding and that was perfectly clean and dry - we couldnt believe it. Used to always forget about laundry at night or in the morning but now it doesnt matter since it drys itself. I highly recommend this to anyone in search of a new machine

It is a wonderful experience so far and is worth every penny!!! I’m very happy with this washer and dryer combo. Wash and Dry only takes 2 hours. No more reminders required to switch clothes. The smart display is too good and intuitive and I wish there more smart features like on/off from phone. Overall, I would recommend this to anybody who can afford this.
