Works as listed, saves a lot of space in laundry room

I was so fascinated by the reviews and features of the combo washer and dryer that I had to have one. My dryer was on its way out so I said what the heck and ordered one. How my home is setup is the laundry room is located on the second floor. I watched the two delivery guys struggle to get this 300lb behemoth up the stairs. I also purchased the pedestal for the machine, and watched the delivery put the stand on. I watched them turn the unit upside down placing it on its top to put the stand on when I believe it should have been placed on its side. After the test cycle completed I decided to try a load of laundry. At the very beginning of the unit starting I knew it wasn’t going to go well. The washer wobbled on startup just sensing the load. I continued to watch it, and what I experienced that other folks have experienced was the washer wouldn’t spin fast enough to get the water out the clothes. I had to stop the washer and take my clothes to the laundromat to finish the load. I called Bestbuy customer service and explained what happened, and no questions asked they offered to exchange it. I opted to keep my old washer and just replace my dryer. After considering the labor it took for two guys to get the washer upstairs and back down again to remove it. I didn’t want to risk any damage to my stairs or walls. I think this washer fits better on a first floor application.

Ventless and lack of 220v outlet make this very convenient for basement installation.

No more forgetting about the clothes your washing and coming with a stinky clothes

Clogs way too much and it takes about 5 hours to do one load. The clothes come out dripping wet if you try to take them out sooner.

Hands down the best washer unit I have ever owned! Put a load of laundry in and it’s a one and done with the ability to wash and dry. The auto dispense system has made my detergent last way longer and made it easier for my kids to throw their clothes in and just hit the start button. Absolutely amazing machine and glad that it is GE and not LG.

I love, love, LOVE this washer! I was notorious for having to wash clothes multiple times because I would forget them in there. I'm so thankful to not have that problem now! Also, it cleans clothes so well. I thought i had a good washer before but now I see that my old washer was not cleaning my clothes that well. Now, the clothes come out smelling so good!!

Only 120 voltage. No 220 voltage needed. Great for small homes. You can just wash or just dry or use the combination. Contains many different was loads. Reservoir for laundry detergent and one for fabric softener which holds for multiple loads. Or you have your areas for different detergents and bleach. It also works from your smart phone.

We've always had LG all in one. Went through 3 the last 20 years. Decided to get the GE because it was on sale. I can't tell you how happy i am! The clothes are actually dry when you pull them out! We just accepted that clothes would be damp dry all these years. I can't speak to the machines longevity but every thing else I LOVE LOVE LOVE.

The Ultra Washer/Dryer combo is truly a dream come true. I had done an extensive review and still had doubts but I ended up pulling the trigger. Honestly was a great investment. The fact that it doesn't use gas and doesn't have a filter and still drys like it does is amazing. Best Buy did a great job of delivering and I even got cash back for other in store purchases.

Great washing machine easy to install and easy to use

So far so good. I thought it might be a problem that this machine is a two in one. But it actually isnt. It saves me so much time and energy not having to unload to a dryer and the quick cycle does everything without my help. Im super happy with my purchase. Now i just have to learn how work it most efficiently.

6 months since we bought this washer/dryer combo and my wife and I are still extremely happy with it. It’s perfect for our busy lifestyle as we’re both active duty army. Would definitely recommend if you can get your hands on it. It’s a bit more expensive but for a great wash dryer set it’s honestly comparable.
