But I like the one step process and it looks like the machine will not have he same mold problem other front loaders have. Also like the laundry soap tank, so you don’t have to fill It with each wash

I highly recommend. This machine does magic. Very good washer, drys well. Good set of settings, low power consumption, ventless, mobile notifications, and much more. Its all what i needed in a washer and dryer.

Posted .We know getting used to a new appliance can be a process. We have information on using the Combo and its various features in the manual; if you’d like to view that, you can do so on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page.
No one will fix if it breaks!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this without an extended warranty!! Ours spit out an error this past weekend, Fault Code 18. It flooded our laundry area. GE won't come service it because it's outside the one year warranty (we bought it 19 months ago!) and no technician in the area (SF Bay Area) can come fix it because it's too new. GE has terrible customer service. All this money on an appliance that is supposed to be state of the art that is now a giant steel brick. Be sure to buy the longest extended warranty you can get if you decide to buy this anyway so you don't end up like us.

I have the app on my phone, so I can tell what the status of the load is. I was hesitant at first, but so glad I took a chance!

I was able to put in a second floor laundry because this combo saves so much space. It also saves time because I only need to put clothes in and take them out- everything else is automatic. Truly a game changer for me!

Posted .We'd like to provide clarification on how the unique, fast airflow system and ventless technology operate. Warm high-speed air extracts moisture from your garments to gently dry the load with less heat. At the end of the cycle, certain items and the air inside the unit may feel slightly humid due to the airtight seal. This is normal operation. If you remove the items and simply give them a quick shake, they’ll feel dry in seconds. There are some factors that can extend the dry time; for example, if the lint filter is full or the load is improperly sorted. Further information on this can be found in the troubleshooting tips on page 31 of the Use and Care Manual which is located in the "From the Manufacturer" section of this product page. If needed in the future, we're always here to assist and ensure you get the most out of your new appliances.

I am wheelchair dependant and my old washer dryer was in my desert garage where temps were 100+. Now this unit is in the house and I am able to do laundry again.

It takes about the same time to wash and dry in one unit as it would with two. I like that you can fill your detergent and fabric softener and not have to do it each load. Very high tech!

Family of 5 and the constant hussle and bussle keep us going so much we would forget to swap the laundry over resulting in re washing loads. Well no more! The dual action paired with being able to load in detergent is a dream come true!

It takes 5 hours for this machine to dry a small load of work clothes. Contacted GE and tried to get a repair man. A GE certified repairs man told me he doesn’t work on this unit
