This review is reflective of my best buy order experience not the product itself. The machine itself is great, and i would 10/10 reccomend, however do not purchase from best buy. We ordered our machine over 30 days ago. We paid for delivery, and the unit was delivered damaged. I contacted customer service immediatly (within 110 minutes of delivery). The customer service agent told me nothing could be done until the order posted. Fast forward a week or so, and the order posts. I contacted customer service again. I told them I would be fine keeping the machine, however I would like something for a refund due to damages. I was told no, not possible, we needed to do a return/exchange. We get that scheduled. Fast forward again - delivery day. The same guys came to redeliver. They did not want to carry the unit up, and the new one down, so they asked if we would be okay with a partial refund. We agreed, as that is all we were looking for. Best buy customer care involved again. We agreed upon a refund amount and were told we would receive a best buy gift card in the mail within two weeks. Two weeks has now gone by, and no refund in the mail. I contact customer support, and it has not been processed yet, and it will be an additional 14 days and nothing more can be done At this point i will be filing a claim on my credit card, due to lack of refund and goods delivered damaged.

Great machine. Just load it, set how you want to wash and dry and hit the panel. Once done, the clothes are dry, No more moving clothes from washer to dryer or a dryer vent to worry about.

We decided to purchase this combination washer/dryer due to the space savings. We have had it about a month and it is working as advertised. I don’t think it would work well for a large family but it works good for us.

I don't regret this purchase at all! Created more space in our laundry room. Easy to put in a load and come back later and its all done. Capacity is a little smaller than top loads it seems but not a big deal.

This machine is amazing , it does replaces our other washing and drying machine. 2 in 1 is amazing!!! and the fact that you can control it with your phone is another level of coolness... I would recommend this product to everyone

Cool technology. Bought this to replace a broken washer. Everything in one cycle is great. Once you learn how to program and operate the machine it works great.

This unit has out performed in every aspect! Being able to place one load in and have it wash and dry is fantastic! Drying has never been an issue as well. The unit successfully senses the moisture and dries everything completely.

Not only is the product excellent but the guys that delivered were so professional and helpful.

Sometimes clothes are not all the way dry, I have to start the dryer. Only for a few minutes though

I thought that buy a combo it will save me space and money, but is the opposite the combo is damaging my clothes, doesn't dry well my clothes and is waisting a lot of energy, my energu bill is to high. I don't like at all.

Great product don’t have to change over hold detergent smart washer and dryer as well hooks up your phone for a busy single mom this product is amazing

Best purchase ever throw the cloths and go come back in two half hours completely dry just got to pause it to throw the dry sheets in

I’ve been waiting it long time till my old one died. I was so excited ! It’s almost two months now, everything works good just come out with humid! But it’s ok,still worth it! Anyway i like it!

After reading this of reviews, I bit the bullet and ordered the all-in-one. It gets clothes clean, dry, and static free in about 2 hours.

Wife is super happy so I am happy… and eliminated the problem of forgetting to change loads. It’s like a drop off service. To up it in there and it calls u when ready to hang the clothes

This product It's been working just right,its a state of the art.

Love the washer dryer combo. Just fill the reservoirs and throw your clothes in and forget about it. Very convenient for people with kids and busy lives…love it!

Good washer, but dryer needs improvement as it doesnt dry thoroughly.
