Washer/dryer all in one

Much too difficult to set up how you want a load washed or dried. Clothes get really twisted up. The app is only good for telling you when each load is done. There are so many things about this machine that frustrate me I could go on and on but I'm too busy looking for it's replacement to continue.

We recommend making sure your software is up to date. The most current software version is 45.0.4.64. Regardless of the load size, clothes never come out dry. You HAVE to select “extra dry” to even have a chance and it adds 20+ minutes to the load. I’m planning on keeping it but would not necessarily recommend this combo.

It started out good but slowly stopped drying clothes and now just pours water onto them when I open the door after drying. It also has completely stopped drying them at all. I’m waiting to find out if it can be repaired or replaced. It’s literally one year old. I’m very disappointed in GE. But Best Buy is trying to make it right I’m hoping.

Not a good dryer

Posted .At the end of the cycle, certain items and the air inside may feel slightly humid due to the air-tight seal. This is to be expected! Simply remove the items giving them a quick shake and they will feel dry in seconds. If your clothes are very damp or wet, we recommend searching for the article titled “GE Profile™ UltraFast Combo Washer/Dryer - Clothes Not Dry When Drying Cycle is Complete” on our GE Appliances website for guidance. Also make sure your software is up to date to ensure optimal performance of your Combo.
