Nothing tops being able to put a load of laundry in before bed and having clean clothes when you wake up

Only used it a couple of times so far, but it works well. It really seems to be a high performance combo unit.

Still waiting on hold for a supervisor... Installed, ran the self clean cycle because it had water in the drum (is that normal or did I get someone else's return?), then went to do a load of laundry and the display screen is just black. Cannot change any settings, does not show any info. All I can do is push one of the pre set settings. Called best buy, they want to exchange it but not willing to install the new one and after getting this beast installed ourselves once, seems ridiculous that we have to uninstall this and install a replacement. Cant put me on the phone with a tech that might be able to tell me how to reset the thing and see if that works. Absolutely stupid. So if we have to uninstall and install a new one, we will be returning this and buying it somewhere else

Great product!! Made my life easy!! This product save my time when I do my laundry, 1 machine we can do wash and dry.

This is a life changer. No more stinky clothes left in the dryer. Having great smelling clothes all the time is amazing.

The drawbacks for me are.. 1. The filter 2. Rubber gasket 3. Very loud I recommend you read reviews and look into the 3 mentioned prior to purchasing.

It really awesome. NO venting needed, 1 unit, no special outlet. The technology is awesome the app is really cool too.

The idea is cool but it doesn’t dry that well. And things don’t come out of the dryer fluffed up. Clothes have a different feel, not as soft. More like it was line dried.

I love this combo. I have so much space in my laundry room now. The clothes come out beautiful. You just shake and fold.

Works great. I like not having to transfer the laundry after the wash cycle. Takes up less space than my previous washer and dryer.

Absolutely love that i can put the laundry in and forget until its done. I get notifications when its done so it doesnt sit in there

Owned for 6 months, has been broken for 4. Customer service sucks, GE won’t return or exchange. It takes weeks to get a repair appointment and they mess it up most of the time. And it’s too heavy to just move out of the way to put a spare machine. This is the most regrettable purchase I’ve ever made.
