Owned for 6 months, has been broken for 4. Customer service sucks, GE won’t return or exchange. It takes weeks to get a repair appointment and they mess it up most of the time. And it’s too heavy to just move out of the way to put a spare machine. This is the most regrettable purchase I’ve ever made.

Love it, not meant for a family of more than 3, but definitely worth the it.

Be aware this maxhine was bought in Jan 2024. I keep havjng problem with it. I regret not getting the individual thinking this was a perfecr choose for those who forget the clothes in the waaher. But oh boy this one auck ghey bewn out about 4 times already this machines sucks. I do not recommend this one at all.

Purchased from best buy when delivery company arrived at my house they refused to bring to second floor. Best buy refund purchase. I did buy unit from another company. Concept is great. Have had challenges with dryer performance. Need to stay on top of cleaning excess lint.

Love this machine!!! I won’t go back to a normal washer dryer set up! This combo saves space and had lived up to the hype!!!

Wanted to point out two first-hand observations from having used this model before returning for LG washer and dryer: 1) Not being able to set the dryer temperature is a no-go for cottons and delicates. This unit shrunk half-dozen previously washed and dried shirts and active wear items in my old washer and dryer. The Eco Dry feature doesn't work. 2) If you have real family laundry, you will separate out bedding, colors/whites, towels and so on. Meaning, you can't wash a load while the previous is drying. This adds hours to overall laundry time. A no-go for a household. I would love to see a proper dryer with the heat-pump tech and full temp controls.

This has worked out great. It is nice that you can start washer and find other things to do. Come back and everything is dry.

The best purchase I have ever made. I do not know how I got along without this incredible washer/dryer unit. Absolutely amazing.

Great unit. I never thought I’d find a washer and dryer that is so user friendly and effective for washing large loads with pet hair.

Really like my new Combo machine. I can also stop after washer cycle when I want to hang the clothes outside.

Returned it due to it not drying clothes properly, I would run the dryer 3 times and clothes still were wet.

If I could give it less stars, I WOULD! But this is mainly because the customer service at this location is less than acceptable in customer service. They said they would not deliver to our area so we picked up unit, this was 4 days after we purchased it. They damaged the lining in our teuck when they loaded it. Got it home, had it set up and the whole thing SHOOK! Yes, it was installed professionally. The return lady in the call center said we would have to go BACK to the store to do the return in person but then they would definitely pick up the return. Ok, fine whatever. You are 2 hours away (the closest Best Buy). So we did that. Then the manager in store said "well its not my fault you live so far away!" Mind you they deliver to the next town over. So we put the unit back onto my husbands truck- the box was long gone since opening it. And, made a 4th trip 2 hours south to return the broken equipment.

I works great so far…for what I need, going to bed with a load in and waking up with clean dry clothes, its been amazing so far.

Works as intended however i tried to reach out about the big dent ontop with no answer.
