Great machine, delivery guys could not have been better they were great

We have tested several times and the we are not satisfied with just the wrinkle free! It doesn’t do the job it’s supposed todo! Other than that everything else it’s fine!
It's great to know that things are going great. Dewrinkle is designed for loads of 1 to 8 light to medium weight garments. There are few benefits for larger loads. You can try using Wrinkle Care, which will tumble the clothes intermittently without heat for 8 hours to keep the clothes fresher and less prone to setting in wrinkles. For a better experience, make sure to separate large loads into smaller ones, and load fewer garments. We hope these suggestions help improve your experience. All the best.- Kianna@GEA

No more moldy clothes, and clothes are ready to go

It stopped drying after 3 months. Getting a technician out is more difficult than a space shuttle launch. GE has awful customer service. Words cannot express the level of frustration.
When I see reviews like this I usually think “nah, it’s prob just a one off thing”. No, it’s not. I’ve properly maintained this machine, but it’s failed.

Shaking my entire house.

I really love this washing machine. Best Buy is horrible. The installation person delivered it but said he wasn't a plumber and wouldn't connect the hoses. NBD. I connected them and it worked fine at first. It started vibrating and that turned into shaking the entire house this past week.
I checked the leveling and it was perfectly leveled. Then I realized that the feet hadn't been installed between the pedestal and the machine, it was attached by thin metal brackets and just floating. I looked at the directions and it clearly states to install feet on the machine. There are none and I'm sure the metal brackets have been bent by the weight.
I've called Best Buy multiple times to have a repair scheduled and they say I'm out of their service area and they cannot schedule the repair. It's under warranty & they need to fix what they did!
I can't even do it myself because the directions say to put the shipping bolts and brackets back on, the installers took shipping bolts with them.
For now I would still recommend the machine, I'm hopeful that I can get it off of the pedeatal somehow so it will work properly again.
I DO NOT recommend purchasing it from Best Buy. I'm hopeful that they will do the right thing and fix this problem.

Returned it due to it not drying clothes properly, I would run the dryer 3 times and clothes still were wet.

I like the idea of having washer/dryer in one machine. I just don’t like the fact that it makes a lot of noise. It is super loud and kinda changes the texture of my clothes

We recommend checking to be sure that all shipping materials which include: 4 bolts, 4 plastic spacers (including power cord retainers and rubber grommets) and 2 brackets and the screws fastening them to the Combo. The instructions for removal of these parts can be found in the owner's manual. If you prefer video instructions, our "Front Load Washer - Shipping Bolt Removal" video will take you through the steps. Love it so far. No issues. Total wash and dry time is closer to 2.5-3 hours. Very convenient.
