This washer is great no longer have to wash my loads again because I forgot to switch them

Broken upon arrival?

I have had this unit for one week and It is typically taking around 6 hours to do a load of laundry. I have not done large loads whatsoever. the largest load was a sheet and a fitted sheet. At the end of the cycle, the clothes are still wet and not to the point where you can shake out the humidity and they are fine. I have to run 2 separate drying cycles. the standard cycle is 2-2.5 hrs but at the end of the cycle, the clothes are in a load sensing status for a long time. one load it was in this cycle for 3 hours. The air is not blowing hot at all and I did discover some fault code codes related to the heat pump invertor board. I cleared the codes and reset the unit. The air is a little warmer but the machine does not get warm like others mention and obviously the clothes are not getting dry. I think there is obviously an issue with the heat pump as there are thousands of reviews out there raving about this unit. Not to mention, I did design my remodel to accomodate this specific unit so I am just very disappointed.

The product is fine but the customer service from Best Buy is the worst I have ever experienced. The salesman screwed up the order and I had to go back to the store twice to correct it because you can’t call the store and talk to anyone. All calls are forwarded to a call center. The call center said they couldn’t help me.
After getting the sales issue corrected they gave me a delivery window. I was planning on being home a half hour before the window started. The delivery guy called me 2 hours before the window and said he was on his way. I told him I couldn’t be there for another hour so he canceled the delivery and I had to reschedule. I was told I would be given a $200 credit for my inconvenience. I also told them I did not want the same delivery person. The same delivery person showed up. When I got my Best Buy bill there was no credit. I called to find out why. I was told they don’t give credit but I would be given a $200 gift card to Best Buy. I wouldn’t have gotten anything if I hadn’t called. So I have to pay full price, Best Buy is giving me $200 of my own money that I have to spend at their store. So essentially I lose and they win. I have since shredded my Best Buy card and will never shop there again.
