After that the poorly designed filter housing begins to start causing quite a lot of headache. There are two filters: Primary, cleaned every wash. Secondary, cleaned every approximately 10 washes. If you stay on top of this, it's supposed to prevent the condenser coils from fowling with lint. Unfortunately, the housing that both filters sit in is poorly fit to the machine and tons of lint is allowed to bypass both filters and clog the condenser coils. I would say this machine hasn't seen 30 full loads and it is already taking SEVEN hours to complete a full cycle. There are DIY solutions to this issue, but that shouldn't be necessary for a >$2000 appliance. If GE comes out with a different solution for this filter issue, I'd give it five stars in a heartbeat. But as it stands, this thing is going to be a service nightmare.

I try to be careful with money. I have four kids, we do laundry. I'm loving this easy to use and a time saver. I like being able to start a load go to bed done in the morning.

Im a single, middle aged guy with no kids (that I know of) who HATES laundry. This thing has literally changed my life!! Yes, my laundry is still just piled up everywhere, but now it’s CLEAN laundry just sitting everywhere! Whether you have a big family, if you just hate switching over laundry, or if you’re sick of mildewed clothes because you forgot about the load, I HIGHLY recommend!! It’s the Japanese wagyu filet mignon of appliances! Ps: I named her Hygieia after the goddess of cleanliness.

I have a new laundry room on my second floor, and now I don’t have to run up and down to change the laundry over. The clothes came out great, not damp like some reviews stated. I am surprised it took so long to have a combo machine like this, with all the tech we have today.

I love the convenience of not having to move loads from one machine to another. The unit is larger and if you have a small utility room, you may have to make some provisions. We had to move the egress door into our garage over a few inches to clear the front door of unit. So my advice is to make sure to double check the dimensions and that you have plenty of clearance.

Perfect for a condo that has no access to a 220 amp connection for a regular laundry unit. I love the large drum size that comes with this laundry unit. Its a little pricey but it’s worth the investment as it cleans and dries your clothes perfectly.
