Replaced the same parts (pretty much the entire system)2 times and it is still force stopping, overheating, clothes not fresh, and do not dry easily 2-3 hour dry time for all loads. They won't replace it even with all of these issues, so im going to the point of scrapping it -not worth the headache!

It worked fine in the beginning but now we have noticed there is no lint in the lint trap, and we have to constantly rerun the drying cycle because it's not getting the clothes dry. A load of towels took 10 hours and they were still not dry. Wtf!!! Don't waste your money on this! It's truly not the best buy!!!!!

Posted .We understand your concern about the Combo not having any lint after a completed cycle. Lint is created during the wash process by the effect of clothes rubbing against one another and generating lint. If the wash loads are light and very little lint is created, there will be less lint during the dryer cycle. Also, lint is flushed away as the washer drains the water out. However, we would still expect the Combo to collect some lint. We recommend scheduling a service appointment for one of our qualified technicians to assess your unit. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After about 11 months, I noticed the drying cycle would change to 2 or 3 hours instead of the normal 1 to 1-1/2 hours. But the clothes would be dry after the normal time. I called GE and they sent a service tech from A & E Factory Service, calling themselves Sears Home Services. They diagnosed it as needing a new sensor. A&E ordered the part and rescheduled a return service call to replace the sensor. I received the new sensor from GE in a few days. Over the next 45 days, A&E scheduled the appt to replace the sensor 12 TIMES and did not show up, scheduling a new date instead. They finally showed up on the 13th scheduled date to replace the sensor. After that, I noticed that the clothes were not dry when the drying cycle was supposedly done. I called GE again. They scheduled A&E to come again to check it out one more time. On that date, A&E did not show up AGAIN and rescheduled the appt for the next week. We will see if they show up next time. GE also refuses to issue a refund.

Calling customer service takes forever to get through!!! Stay Away from!!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the GE One and Done machine less than a year ago, and while it performed well initially, I’ve since encountered some serious service issues. Recently, the machine displayed an error code, so I called for warranty service right away. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, I’m still waiting for service three weeks later. It’s incredibly frustrating that such a new product would need a repair in the first place, and even more disappointing that the warranty support has been so unresponsive. Until GE improves their service turnaround time, I’d recommend thinking twice before purchasing this model.
