    Bought a washer dryer combo in November, after 2 months it started taking longer to dry and noticed a bunch of lint in the back when you pull the lint trap out. Called service they came out an cleared some of the lint out, called back the next week, the load sensing came on and ran for 2 hrs on the dryer. Tech came back out said they had to ordered a new sensor. Called and again the dryer was sending out codes, 352-353 saying the unit was over heating, had appointment for service they called and said that the appointment was cancelled because the part was on back order till June. The tech showed up an I told him what they said an that you wouldn’t be showing up. He said that’s not right called his dispatch an his dispatch said they would over night the part. Never showed up, called customer service the told us the it is on back order till June, nothing in the notes about over night the item.

    Regretting buying this machine

    I have had this machine for 2 months. First, it stopped drying our clothes. It took a week to get a repair man to come and look at it and was told that it will take 3 weeks to a month to receive the parts to fix it. While we were waiting for the parts the washer went out. So, after 2 months of owning this machine, I am unable to wash or dry our clothes. Complete waste of money. Do not purchase this machine!!!!!!

    Unit broke within 8 months and GE doesn't care

    I purchased this unit in July of 2023 with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a disappointment. Within the short span of eight months, the machine completely broke down, leaving me with piles of unwashed laundry and a lot of frustration. The build quality seems to be extremely poor, with almost all electrical components malfunctioning despite short term use. Furthermore, the customer service experience was equally disappointing. GE has failed to fixed the unit a full month after first contacting them and they have no urgency or care on the matter. Possibly the worst customer service I've received from a company - even after escalating.

    Horrible combo unit

    I wish I could say positive things about this all in one, but we have had nothing but bad luck with this unit since we purchased it about three months ago. The LCD screen wouldn’t even turn on when we first bought it so that part had to be ordered to fix it so we had to go to a laundromat to do our laundry for a couple of weeks, which was soooo inconvenient with working long hours during the week. And now….its not even drying so looks like we will be calling in for another warranty repair on this unit and it’s brand new! Wish we still had our old washer and dryer back. This one has been such an inconvenient headache

    Nightmare Buying Experience

    This has been THE WORST purchase from day 1. The delivery people did not know it was a washer/dryer combo, and only took out the old washer before bringing in the new unit. They didn’t take off the moving brackets off the back, causing it to violently shake and rattle during high spin. We called Geek Squad, they didn’t show up for the initial appt. Finally got here 3 days later. Referred us back to Best Buy to set up an exchange. The exchange can’t be done until 7 days from now. We’re stuck with no washer/dryer until then. Just awful.

    Service techs call them “wet dogs”

    DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. ALL OF THE REVIEWS ARE SHORT TERM. After 8-12 weeks, the dryer becomes bogged down with lint regardless of how hard you clean it due to an engineering flaw that allows large amounts of lint into the blue fin heat pump. I had a tech come out and he informed me that all of the service techs refer to these machines as “wet dogs” and wouldn’t sell them to their in-laws. I wish I could’ve known this.

    It takes forever to dry, a good idea but you can only do 1 load a day… you have to keep turn on the dryer to get things dry

      Thanks for sharing your experience. We apologize for any inconvenience with drying. For a better experience, make sure to separate heavy items. Large, heavy fabrics contain more moisture and can take longer to dry. Also, make sure to clean the lint filter after every 5th dry cycle.     First unit was DOA, delivery process became a mess

    Ordered my unit online, scheduled delivery. When the unit came, found the unit to be bad as the door wont latch. Fast forward to redelivery, the delivery was separated from the installation date. I had to spend anothet 15 min on the phone to fix it. As a result, my delivery installation date got pushed back again. I dont know if i will have it next week, will have to wait and see
