I absolutely love mine washer dryer. It makes my clothes smell cleaner. I don’t have to worry about clothes souring in my washer anymore and I love not having to put laundry detergent and fabric softener in every time and I love that I can put the clothes in and come home and they’re done.

The first model delivered was damaged and had to be replaced. The replacement model works great though.

Nice piece of equipment. Love my purchase the delivery staff was professional got it ready in no time.

Works good it just takes a little getting use to the machine tell you need more liquid fabric softener when the thing is but machine still operates

Nice. Would not pay more than the BK FRDY 1,900 for it but not bad.

Service has been out 6 times in the short 9 months of ownership. Replaced the same parts (pretty much the entire system)2 times and it is still force stopping, overheating, clothes not fresh, and do not dry easily 2-3 hour dry time for all loads. They won't replace it even with all of these issues, so im going to the point of scrapping it -not worth the headache!

We have had this combo for 5 months and we are already having to call for repairs. It worked fine in the beginning but now we have noticed there is no lint in the lint trap, and we have to constantly rerun the drying cycle because it's not getting the clothes dry. A load of towels took 10 hours and they were still not dry. Wtf!!! Don't waste your money on this! It's truly not the best buy!!!!!

This product is well made and it does everything it says. Clothes are very clean and the drying cycle works very well, We have 4 adults using this machine.

Beyond expectations. It beats my other brand by a mile. Where does the heat go? I have no idea. Load, go to work, come home: 1 and done.

Don't Buy that Piece of Junk I got one in August and has been down more then it has been up tomorrow makes the 5th service call and when they order parts it takes up to a month to come in!! Calling customer service takes forever to get through!!! Stay Away from!!!

What a machine the wash and dry in one Is great so far worth the money

This new technology is extraordinary, you just put your clothes in a washing machine and it comes out almost folded and wrinkle-free.

After about 11 months, I noticed the drying cycle would change to 2 or 3 hours instead of the normal 1 to 1-1/2 hours. But the clothes would be dry after the normal time. I called GE and they sent a service tech from A & E Factory Service, calling themselves Sears Home Services. They diagnosed it as needing a new sensor. A&E ordered the part and rescheduled a return service call to replace the sensor. I received the new sensor from GE in a few days. Over the next 45 days, A&E scheduled the appt to replace the sensor 12 TIMES and did not show up, scheduling a new date instead. They finally showed up on the 13th scheduled date to replace the sensor. After that, I noticed that the clothes were not dry when the drying cycle was supposedly done. I called GE again. They scheduled A&E to come again to check it out one more time. On that date, A&E did not show up AGAIN and rescheduled the appt for the next week. We will see if they show up next time. GE also refuses to issue a refund.

This would change everything i have to gwt this doe my family. It would be great to have clean clothes all the time my

Works great and handles a large load! Don't have to remember to put clothes in the dryer.

I Am so happy with this purchase. The GE profile all in one has exceeded my expectations.

Went from washer & dryer to this new state of the art device and we love it.

We had to have it repaired 3 times in the first 2 weeks.
