I love this machine. I like all the things it does. It does what I need it to do. The wrinkle free setting is good and I don’t have to use an iron for my clothes. It dries perfectly. It’s worth the purchase.

I love this combo! I love that I don’t have to switch over the clothes and if I forget or have stuff to do and need to leave the house, it’s completed by the time I get back home!

This is such a space saver. Easy to install with no venting. Plugs ibto a standard outlet. The dispenser feature nakes it much easier. A typucal liad takes about 2 hours from start to finish. Norifications on my ohobe when the load is finished. Very quiet when running.

Love the machine and how well it performs both the washing and drying functions. It’s a game changer for me. I would wash clothes and it would take hours before I would throw it to dry. Running around with two small kids doesn’t leave much time. I know once I throw stuff in it will be washed and dried. Love it!

I love nearly everything about this washer/dryer combo .. I don't like how it shakes so badly that I feel it all the way in my family room (we have a crawlspace). It seems to be balanced enough that I don't know why it shakes so badly at times .. but i do enjoy not having to move clothes from the washer to the dryer and then just get notified on my phone so l when it's all done!

I absolutely love the space that it saves and all of the features! No more having to remember to change clothes over to a dryer. Convenience at it’s best!

Clothes don’t dry as well because of controlled temp dryer and set up Bluetooth instructions are unclear without calling customer service for help. Otherwise a good purchase

I’d recommend it but the drying does leave room for improvement. You need to add time.

It's easy to use and dry the laundry right after and you don't have to take it out to put in dryer, we will be purchasing another when we pay this one off.

Very nice and convenient in regards to filling it up with all your washing liquids. You don’t have to swap laundry over. It automatically does it. The filters are washable and reusable. Big drum for cloths. So far a great machine only negative u can only wash one load at a time. U can’t have a load washing while other is drying so if u have a lot of laundry in does take twice as long. Now in saying that living in a 5 person house I would rather have 2 of theses then a set of standard washer dryer. Too bad u can’t get a discount for buying two.

I was not so sure about making this big purchase for me, but its been worth every penny, moved from really old equipment to this hi-end machine. It was kind of heavy and had ti install it on second floor but still worth it, highly recommend this product.

I love that I can put the clothes in and don't have to worry about transferring from the washer to the dryer. I also love that you can put auto dispense on and don't have to worry about the detergent or fabric softener. The only downside is that the clothes come out more wrinkled than a traditional dryer (despite taking them out quickly after load is done).

First thing’s first: the lint trap design is garbage and it will never not be annoying. Other than that, the unit is pretty nifty. I love the convenience of it and you’ll get used to your clothes feeling a bit damp for a couple min after the dryer cycle concludes, it’s great for no wrinkles. The trick is to pick the appropriate wash/dry cycle for the items being cleaned and the dry cycle will be pretty reliable.

It shakes a lot more than my previous machine. My previous machine cost $50 used from Craigslist and could be carried by almost anyone. This machine cost $2500 and the two delivery dudes struggled to carry it 50ft. Also it freakin ate a pillow. Now I am nervous to put anything I like in there. That being said I still like the machine. Other than the violent shaking of my house and the pillow murder it’s pretty good.

I am more than pleased! Besutiful, efficent appliance. This machine does it sll. My clothing comes out perfect. It even has a dewrinkle mode. Very quiet and it is good looking. Love the led lights on the panel.

Got mine on sale (something like 1100 off) and I’m definitely glad I did. It takes up less room than a typical 2-unit combo and it’s super user friendly. Dirty clothes go in, clean dry clothes come out!

The delivery crew did a great job carting away the old unit and installing the new one. Because its a combo unit, I now have the space of one machine freed up. It does seem to take a bit longer to dry, probably due to the dehydration process versus using high heat.

I really wanted to like this product and read all kinds of reviews before purchasing. Turns out it took a while for the poor reviews to start because these start to fail in about a year (right after warranty”. There were many things I disliked about the machine but I dealt with it because it still technically got the job done. 1. The machine is very noisy. It will randomly sound like a gun shot in your house for no reason. It vibrates your entire house frequently. I try to run laundry at night but it wakes the kids. 2. It doesn’t dry clothes all the way. 3. Lint buildup due to a design flaw (type this into google). 4. Constant drain codes that appear with nothing needing to be resolved. They leak excessively and door seal is easily damaged. One night it was vibrating the house so bad it sounded like an earthquake and that was the last time we used it. A couple weeks out of warranty. Called a repair person out and they said it’s a very common problem that will cost $900 to repair and a 5 week lead time on the part because everyone needs this part. Almost 2k spent for this and it lasted about a year. It is now garbage in my garage and replaced with new washer and dryers. GE was absolutely no help outside the 1 year. Hope I saved someone from dumping their hard earned 2k down the drain.

So I did a lot of research and video watching (what was out there) before making this purchase. We were super excited about the purchase but it did not meet our expectations at all. We kept the machine all the way up to 5 days before we could return it trying different methods and hoping it would some how fix itself. But lets just say it did not..... The lent control was amazing but we were still seeing some stuff being able to bypass the filter and was a pain to clean and vacumm it out to make sure the unit would have a long life. The biggest problem with this unit is it TAKES FOREVER to wash and dry your clothes. Dont be fooled by the videos you watch thinking it is going to save you time. It would take 2.5 to 3 hours to wash a load that had jeans and t shirts in it. We had to run it with a timed dry because if you use the sense mode it always comes out damp and clothes super wrinkled. So we started using time dry to make sure our clothes were at least dry. Just got our new replacement which is the LG washer dryer stand up combo and it does the same load with the sensing in 1hr 40min. Yes you need to put the clothes in the dryer but everything was dry, not wrinkled and it was much faster. Save yourself some time and do not get this unless you are in very desperate need for space and you only have a 110v outlet with no vent.
