I haven’t used the machine yet but played a bit with the options on the dials

I love the fact that i dont have to transfer loads anymore since I always forget my clothes in the washer and have to rewash em the next day.

I love it. It's the best purchase I made ❤️. I wish it was bigger for my family only downfall.

This is a great washer/dryer. It is very convenient to not need to transfer cloths. It is very efficient using very little water and power to dry. Each load has been clean and dry when the cycle is complete.

This is a perfect washer dryer combo for a single person or two, and great for someone who is busy with work and wants to reclaim lost time doing laundry.

This combo is awesome!! My wife loves no venting required. Heatpump technology. Takes alittle longer dry time but doest he trick. No fuss with clogged filter hose or fire hazard!!

The washer dryer combo is so amazing. Put your clothes in and forget about them until i get notified they ready to fold and put away. It did take a little time to figure out how it worked but so worth it.

I am in love with this combo unit. This prevents me from forgetting to put the wet clothes in the dryer for days and having them smell like mildew.

Really amazing machine. We are using it as a second solution to a traditional set and it’s working really well. It’s fast and dries great. Set and forget. Super heavy though so get it in place when delivered.

We absolutely love this machine. We had stackable front loaders and what a pain it get it from the washer to the dryer. This makes life easier. We are very pleased

GREAT CHOICE AND VERY HAPPY! IS EASY TO USE AND VERY EASY WITH THE APP. I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT TRANSFERING TO DRYER. IT TAKE THE SAME TIME IF YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCE.

Excellent unit works great but highly recommends to anyone who is looking for a washer dryer that makes life so much easier especially if you don't like making. Lots of trips to swap out clothes. Shut up

What a game changer! excellent energy saving machine. Does Wash and dry with no high power consumption. Can't go wrong with this. This is our 3rd machine for our multiple laundry rooms.

I have three gripes. One with Best Buy, one with GE, and the other with the delivery company. I purchased the GE Profile Combo and it was delivered by a pair of disgruntled delivery men that clearly hate their job. They sent two delivery people even though the unit is extremely heavy and there's stairs involved. When I went to hook up the unit, the hose attachment was completely destroyed. I called Best Buy and explained the issue. They told me I could replace it but would have to pay an additional $100 for delivery. Totally absurd. After about an hour on support chat, I was told that once the new unit arrives, I can call in again for a refund on the $100. Whatever, I just need a washing machine, so I agreed. The new unit arrived a couple of weeks later and it was the same delivery people... again only two. They told me they could not deliver it because it was more than a two person job. After another length of time on the phone, I finally had it delivered. Great. I can finally do all the laundry that was piling up. After about two months of having the unit, it started having issues. The clothes would not dry and the unit would end cycle in the middle of a wash. It got to the point that the end cycle would happen immediately after starting a cycle. GE sent a repairman out who had no idea how to diagnose this unit. After calling someone else, he told me that I need to replace the computer parts in the washer/dryer and that he would be back in 2 weeks. A week later, I receive a robocall from GE telling me that the parts are on backorder. I wait another 2 weeks and decide to call for a status update. They tell me that it's going to take another month before the parts are available. Absolutely absurd. I hope once my geeksquad warranty kicks in, they're ready for continuous repairs.
