I bought this product thinking it would last me for a few years, but it barely lasted a year before breaking down. One day it just stoped drying. I’ve had multiple professionals come out, all of whom were either unfamiliar with the system I reached out to GE customer service several times, hoping they could offer guidance or at least direct me to someone who could help—but their support has been completely useless. Save yourself the headache. Look for a brand that stands behind their products, actually supports their customer and lasts longer than a year.

This machine has been horrible. I have had it over a year and I still can't get it repaired. Do not purchase this machine just to save space. It is not made for multiple person households or families with pets. It does not dry properly. It constantly has lint build up. The control board randomly changes buttons and beeps for no reason.

Is good because we no need to move the clothes for dryer

If you're short on space or want to help the environment, I would recommend. Be ready to have a PhD to use it my husband said. I don't but have figured out the two settings I most prefer.

I absolutely love my New All In ONE with two teenagers in the house who forget to switch out their clothes, this makes it simple. Load it, Start It, and when it's done it's done !!

I love the convenience and the overall machine is a great purchase. The only negative things are…the Lint is not easy to get out of the interior of the machine and it vibrates a lot in spin cycle. Loud.

Works great the washer does a better job cleaning than any other washer I’ve ever owned. I was concerned about the dryer taking too long but it works great and dries large or small loads in the same amount of time my former Maytag dryer did maybe even a few minutes faster. I get a kick out of the dryer when I pull clothes out and they feel a little damp but it is true what they said with in a few seconds they feel completely dry. Really like that the machine washes and dries once you get started and you never have to touch the machine again until you are ready to hang your clothes up. Well worth the money would recommend to anyone.

All in one unit will free up time. No more going from washer to dryer and waiting around for cycle fo finish. Game changer.

I am truly enjoying this machine. I no longer forget to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer. I let it dispense the soap and fabric softener and don't have to deal with that each time either. I can get rid of duct work that I used on my old dryer and, best of all, it only uses 11 amps! It plugs into my regular house 110 outlet. Way less electrical consumption. And, it sends me a message when the clothes are about done so I can be ready to pull them out (when I can remember to do it). This is the way all clothes cleaners should operate.

We've only had for a few weeks, but we have been impressed by this washer/dryer combo. The dryer is a bit different due to the heat pump, but had done a good job so far and clothes have been dry We have two kids under 2 years old and have lots of laundry. Having the ability to start a load before we leave the house or go to bed and come back to fully washed and dryed clothes is by far the best feature! No more dealing with forgetting to move clothes from the washer to dryer. We haven't used many of the features yet outside of the normal cycle or the app yet, but will update this review as we continue to use the unit.

Junk. Started to stink after 3 months, despite cleaning after every use. GE had to send special 3 foot brushes that aren't included with the machine despite being required for cleaning lint passage. Electronics started failing almost to the day the warranty ran out. Geek Squad has replaced all the electronics and half the mechanical parts, finally they gave up and approved replacement. Don't buy.

I've had this product 3 weeks and I'm very impressed with the ease of use and the ability to sense the laundry load. Also, it cleans extremely well.

Love it! I’ve had the machine for a couple months now. This is a great combo unit for small spaces, and for forgetful people like myself. I was concerned about it not drying well enough, but it does the job. At most, I’ve needed to add 10 min to fully dry a couple cycles. Otherwise, it’s done a super solid job. It is actually AMAZING at removing lint & dog hair. The proof is in the lint filter. My only regret is not getting the pedestal. It’s a little uncomfortable to have to bend to get the clothes in and out. Make sure you get it with the pedestal.

Having to not move items from one machine to another is great. The settings are easy to use and the fact that you can lock the controls so kids cant mess with it is amazing.

So awesome! It’s definitely easy to use and saves me a step so I can do more while I wait! Great quality and definitely helps me as I am handicapped!

My first combo and what a game changer.To be able to wash anytime of the day and don’t have to manually switch from washer to dryer is amazing.

This combo washer/dryer is the GREATEST! My wife and I love it. The machine saves time, energy, and makes our lives easier.

Really Amazing product, if your looking to get some stress of your life this is it. Don’t have to stay late to switch your clothes from one machine to another

I bought this due to all of the very positive reviews and though it's good but not great. It is located in a laundry room on the second floor of the house. It is loud in the spin cycle and when the heat pump turns on. The spin cycle is very fast and it literally shakes the entire house. I've spent hours checking, leveling, balancing the machine. I even got rubber shock absorders but it still shakes the house. Only other option is to put it in the basement which we really don't want to do. The heat pump is loud and annoying and lasts for over an hour. It's great that it takes a standard plug and no vent but if I knew how loud and annoying it was I honestly would not have purchased it.
