At the beginning a little complicated until you now how the works, but after that is Very convenient, l love it

This all in one unit has been a game changer for our house! I am still learning things that this machine can do! This unit has enabled the ability to have a folding area in my small laundry room! I love it!

Owned for 5 months, nice cool features, quiet, definitely a space saver BUT it does not dry well, leaves clothes damp most of the time no matter size of load.

We were hesitant to purchase but so glad we did!!! Does a great job, in good time, takes up less space!

Clogs way too much and it takes about 5 hours to do one load. The clothes come out dripping wet if you try to take them out sooner.

I have only had this All in one washer/dryer for 4 days, BUT I can say I am very impressed with it. While you can pause it after the wash cycle and take any item out or add a dryer sheet or just let it go from wash to dry. It dries the clothes. It may feel a tad damp, but if you give them a shake or two it will be fine. No kidding just like the book says they are dry! I was worried at first that I wouldn't like this new washer/dryer, but I can Honistly say I Love it !

What a time saver. No more forgetting to move the wet clothes. Saves energy and no more clogged dryer exhaust vent.

One month in, and we are very happy with the switch. We built a new laundry room, so getting to skip the typical hookups required for an electric or gas dryer was a nice money and effort saver. The unit works really well, though we are hoping for some app updates over time. For example, starting the machine from the app either isn’t possible, or it is broken, and the documentation is rather vague so I’m not sure which it is.

I purchased this unit almost 12 months ago and wanted to use it for awhile before I gave my opinion. I love the idea of an all-in-one. It worked great for several months until it didnt. The clothes were not drying properly and it took two to three extra dry cycles before the clothes would dry. We had to call GE for repairs (still under the manufacturer warranty). Because of our location, they use third party repair services. Our experiences with repair companies and GE customer service has been underwhelming. It took a little over a month to get our heating issue diagnosed and part replaced. Not two months later, our clothes are back to not drying peoperly (it does not matter the size of the load). We have had the repairman that GE sent out twice now to “fix” our issue and it has yet to be resolved. With our one year warranty expiring, maybe we will have better luck with Geek Squad fixing our issue.

Great 2 in 1, clothes are fully dried, takes about 2 hours total for a regular load. Easiest laundry to use ever!

This is a breakthrough! Worth it. Load, ON, and forget. Lint cleaning is easy. No duct required :)

All in one, state of the art, if you don’t have one get one and if you have one get another one, simply the best

This machine suits our lifestyle. It is nice to come home to clean clothes and not wet musty clothes that didn’t get changed over. Only complaint is that a little water sometimes stays on the door gasket seal. This can allow clothes to get wet while taking them out. The liquid detergent drawer holds almost half a container of detergent and softener. Using the automatic detergent settings loading the wash is as easy as pressing play.

This combo solved all my problems. I only had to get water and drain hook ups installed which saved me tons of money on getting electrical and venting (which wouldn't have even been possible in my Condo most likely). This washes and drys the cloths just as well as when I used a laundry room with traditional washers and dryers. Also the clothes are dry and hot when they come out which I was not sure about. Lint filter collects both cat and people hair well.

Working like magic … its only been a month but not having to remember to put clothes in dryer is underated

Honestly, it was beyond expectations. I thought that the clothes might be wet after the drying period ended, but no. All you have to do is put the clothes in and take them out after two hours.
