THE best purchase I’ve EVER made!! The app allows you to be aware of the status. You don’t need a dryer sheet but if you like to use them anyway, the app allows you to know when the dry cycle starts. You’re also able to use the scent boosters and you don’t need much! Uses less water and electricity and did I mention NO VENT!!

I love it so far. I love that it takes up half the space. I wasn’t motivated to buy this because of the automatic wash/dry but it actually is great. This really does improve my laundry life.
I have had no issues with drying but I’ve only done about 10 loads so far.

We love this machine, no more listener for the washer to be finished. We've had it about a week now and a regular load takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes, which is about the same as it took with our previous washer and dryer. It is so much easier just loading one machine and I don't think we would ever go back to 2 machines.

Do not buy this product. The first service call was less than 3 months after receiving the machine. I had to wait almost a month for them to come out only for them to come out and have to order a part and wait several more weeks. The machine always stinks and I just had to place another service call for the smell. Today is 3/22/24, let see how long it takes to repair it. I wanted to give it no stars but I was not able to submit unless I have it one.

I was so looking forward to not having to remember to transfer laundry to dryer, but this thing is SUCH a pain. You can't put large loads in due to dryer function. I have to use the vacuum to clean the filter after every wash and inside the filter holder for it to dry. Even with that, in less than 1 month, it's not drying well and the inside of filter compartment now has water in it each time I go to clean the filter with the vacuum. So frustrating to spemd so much money on something that makes your life more frustrating and doesn't work right after a few weeks.
If you run a Wash Only cycle, or stop a Wash+Dry cycle prematurely, you may find that the lint filter may feel slightly damp. Anytime a wet load is going through a high spinout, there will be opportunity for some moisture to circulate through the air system and land on or around the lint filter which could cause the filters to feel damp at the end a of wash cycle. This dampness goes away while running a dry cycle. -- If there is standing water around the lint filter after a wash cycle, this is not typical and a service call will be required to investigate this issue. We recommend scheduling service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 1-800-432-2737. -- We also recommend to ensure that your software is up to date, as that may improve drying performance.

We just moved into a new home and needed a new washer and dryer as our buyers wanted to keep our current ones. did allot of research and wacthed allot of videos. We are so happy with our choice, clothes come out perfect all dry and clean. Could not be happier
Hi - We're thrilled to hear how pleased you are with your Profile UltraFast Combo. The sound rating of the Combo in washing is comparable to any of our other frontload washers. It is important that unit be properly installed and leveled and the shipping bolts removed. In drying, the unit is quieter than standard dryers since the drum is insulated and there is no external venting. If you feel your Combo is louder than what we have described, we recommend having our service team check the unit. If needed, you may call 1-800-432-2737 to schedule a service appointment. I did a lot of research on this unit before buying it. Read the negative reviews to the positive reviews. I have to say I absolutely love this machine. If you take care of it and clean after every load you will see the amazing results.

The unit stopped working after owning it for three months. GE's warranty is a joke. I've been fighting with them for a month and a half over this appliance. It started giving a "critical compressor discharge Overtemp" error. GE does not stock the replacement parts, and could not even get me a replacement unit as they are "backordered" I'm now waiting on them to have a 3rd party company come pick up the broken combo and issue me a check for less than I paid for the appliance. I will never be buying anything from GE ever again after this experience.

Washes fine just doesn’t dry good. Don’t ever buy from the Best Buy used outlet. Never again. Literally buying trash. The warranty are super misleading.

Needs a better filter to much lint getting around it plus Needs to come brush instead of having to order one.
There will be some bypass (lint), just like on a regular dryer. However, be assured that it will not impact the great drying performance of our Combo! Ensure to clean the lint filter every five cycles as the display alerts (not after every cycle), clean the foam filter every 50 cycles as the display alerts, and clean the heat exchanger fins as needed with a brush set, or use our brush set #PM14X10056.

Impressive features, cycles are quiet…..nice design, appears to use less water than my previous machine….

If you don't have one..... you are missing out on the convenience and savings this appliance offers you.
A bit pricey but a major game changer in that segment.
Use it everyday now for a few months and couldn't be happier.
