Posted .For help with the dry time, please make sure the Combo has the latest software update using the SmartHQ app. If the issue persists, we offer some great troubleshooting tips in the section titled: "Clothes take too long to dry" on pg. 31 of the Owner's Manual.
Good washing and drying time

Drying time is good contrary to what people believe if heat pump . Has 5 year warranty on drying system parts compared to competitor 1 year . 10 years on compressor .

The app is great, it alerts you when the load is 5 minutes from completion and lets you know when the load is done. Also it lets you know when to clean the dryer filter to improve drying.

Had to get use to the heavy clothes feeling damp but like the instructions say shake them out and they were totally dry. The saving of water and electricity is also a great benefit.

I especially enjoy taking clothes out of the dryer and finding them more wrinkle-free than I was previously accustomed to.

Washes and dries amazing every time! Highly recommend if you want a low electric bill as well!

Posted .We are sorry to hear you had to have the pump replaced on your new ultrafast combo. We'd like to assist with the drying performance of the unit. At the end of the cycle, certain items and the air inside may feel slightly humid due to the air-tight seal. This is normal. Simply remove the items giving them a quick shake and they will feel dry in seconds. If your clothes still need a little extra drying, try the “More Dry” option to add more drying time.
Also, be sure to update the software when needed. Keeping it connected to WiFi means you will always be notified through the SmartHQ app when software updates are available. These software updates can optimize your Combo's performance and address any potential drying issues.

Works great, the clothes are clean, and it really doesn't take that long. Everything works automatically if you want it that way, and the app will let you know the wash is done.

Never have to worry about cleaning dryer vent to outside or gas hook up. It is louder than any machine I’ve ever had, so I close the door to the laundry room.

But I like the one step process and it looks like the machine will not have he same mold problem other front loaders have. Also like the laundry soap tank, so you don’t have to fill It with each wash

I highly recommend. This machine does magic. Very good washer, drys well. Good set of settings, low power consumption, ventless, mobile notifications, and much more. Its all what i needed in a washer and dryer.
