Works very well. Love the ability to wash and dry with just one operation. The clothes come out of the dryer cycle completely dry. It is such a relief not to have to deal with the dryer vent issues.

My family and I have used our new GE Profile for about two weeks and I am so impressed with how fast and efficient this machine is!! I am happy I made the purchase, as it has made our lives so much easier!!

So far so good. We have been pleased with this unit. My wife and i feel that it both washes and dries well. Enjoy the wifi features but really don’ use them. Can’t speak to efficiency as we have only had it for less than a month.

We got this machine to use in between moving houses. So far has been amazing not having to switch loads. Even the kids love doing laundry now. Look forward to having it in our new house and plan on putting it in the master closet area.

If you have pets, don't buy this. It already had the heat pump fail (6 months in) but the biggest issue that any pet hair gets stuck inside a tube YOU can't get to without removing the whole exterior shell. It's a pile of garbage and we are simply tossing it and getting new washer / dryer. It's to that point. 4th service appointment without a year, hearing from the techs each time how terrible this is. Enough

Saw this in a tradeshow video a few months ago and couldn't wait for it to come out. It's a gamechanger. Just don't overload it and loads are done in about 2 hours. It's great.

The GE One & Done is amazing. The ability to both wash and dry keeps us from having to go downstairs and swap over the laundry. For those who easily forget about their laundry, this machine is perfect.

We decided to purchase this combination washer/dryer due to the space savings. We have had it about a month and it is working as advertised. I don’t think it would work well for a large family but it works good for us.

This machine is amazing , it does replaces our other washing and drying machine. 2 in 1 is amazing!!! and the fact that you can control it with your phone is another level of coolness... I would recommend this product to everyone

This unit has out performed in every aspect! Being able to place one load in and have it wash and dry is fantastic! Drying has never been an issue as well. The unit successfully senses the moisture and dries everything completely.

I don't regret this purchase at all! Created more space in our laundry room. Easy to put in a load and come back later and its all done. Capacity is a little smaller than top loads it seems but not a big deal.

This review is reflective of my best buy order experience not the product itself.
The machine itself is great, and i would 10/10 reccomend, however do not purchase from best buy.
We ordered our machine over 30 days ago. We paid for delivery, and the unit was delivered damaged. I contacted customer service immediatly (within 110 minutes of delivery). The customer service agent told me nothing could be done until the order posted.
Fast forward a week or so, and the order posts. I contacted customer service again. I told them I would be fine keeping the machine, however I would like something for a refund due to damages. I was told no, not possible, we needed to do a return/exchange. We get that scheduled.
Fast forward again - delivery day. The same guys came to redeliver. They did not want to carry the unit up, and the new one down, so they asked if we would be okay with a partial refund. We agreed, as that is all we were looking for. Best buy customer care involved again. We agreed upon a refund amount and were told we would receive a best buy gift card in the mail within two weeks.
Two weeks has now gone by, and no refund in the mail. I contact customer support, and it has not been processed yet, and it will be an additional 14 days and nothing more can be done
At this point i will be filing a claim on my credit card, due to lack of refund and goods delivered damaged.

Great machine. Just load it, set how you want to wash and dry and hit the panel. Once done, the clothes are dry, No more moving clothes from washer to dryer or a dryer vent to worry about.

Love my washer dryer combo, it is phenomenal. The delivery guys were on time and was ready to squeeze down my steps and do the install without touching a wall. Great job
