Love, love, love this machine. It was a bit of a bear to get in because it is huge! However, hook-up took minutes. One of my favorite perks is receiving a notification on my phone the my laundry is ready.

Very satisfied with this purchase. We are using it in our fifth wheel camper and it’s nothing shy of perfect! Takes about 2.5 hours for an average load. We also have 3 labs and it does great with the fur.

I am still learning more and more about this beautiful washer and dryer combo. I love so much because I can have freedom to accomplish other activities while my items can wash and then dry on their own.

We hace had this for aviut four weeks. We love it. We have 3 kids and we are always on the go. This also us to start when we leave and just throw in the next batch when we get back

Awesome on paper, 110v and ventless fit my bill as I was moving from gas so 220 wasnt available and the space saving was an added bonus.
Fast forward 11 months of light use, the unit stopped dying as well and 13 months of use the pump went out. Resulting in service and parts charges almost as much as a replacement buget dryer!! No warranty support or manufacturer support from best buy or GE. This product is junk and should be avoided!

Absolutely the best thing I’ve bought lately! Love the duel washer/dryer. I do use the more dry button because I do love super dry clothes but the clothes comes out clean and smelling great everytime.

I was so excited to get this. After 9 months i do regret this purchase. There are a few things that are nice however the negative definitely out weigh the positives. Our clothes do not dry all the way using the sensory dry unless the load is very small. Our clothes come out wrinkled. I deep clean the washer twice a month and it has developed a moist order. Now it has stopped spinning. Thankfully its under warranty however its going to take 10 days for them to come out. A family of 6 without a washer for 10 days is going to be a struggle.

We're positive that our technician will be able to get your unit working as it should. As you are waiting for your technician appointment, we do encourage you to ensure that your Combo is up to date. Takes way too long to dry laundry. Returned the unit to go back to separate washer and dryer.
We'd like to provide clarification on how the unique, fast airflow system and ventless technology operate. Warm high-speed air extracts moisture from your garments to gently dry the load with less heat. At the end of the cycle, certain items and the air inside the unit may feel slightly humid due to the airtight seal. This is normal operation. If you remove the items and simply give them a quick shake, they’ll feel dry in seconds. There are some factors that can extend the dry time; for example, if the lint filter is full or the load is improperly sorted. Further information on this can be found in the troubleshooting tips on page 31 of the Use and Care Manual which is located in the "From the Manufacturer" section of this product page. If needed in the future, we're always here to assist and ensure you get the most out of your new appliances.

Energy star my butt. It takes 5 hours for this machine to dry a small load of work clothes. Contacted GE and tried to get a repair man. A GE certified repairs man told me he doesn’t work on this unit

This has been the best purchase we have made this year! Out clothes are super clean and I never have to rerun the wash because I forget to move it to the dryer. I highly recommend it!

No one will fix if it breaks!!

Do not buy this without an extended warranty!! Ours spit out an error this past weekend, Fault Code 18. It flooded our laundry area. GE won't come service it because it's outside the one year warranty (we bought it 19 months ago!) and no technician in the area (SF Bay Area) can come fix it because it's too new. GE has terrible customer service. All this money on an appliance that is supposed to be state of the art that is now a giant steel brick. Be sure to buy the longest extended warranty you can get if you decide to buy this anyway so you don't end up like us.

Great machine! Never have to worry about moving clothes over again, we use the delay to start a load overnight and be finished around when we wake up

This all-in-one washer dryer unit is a great concept yet didnt meet our needs or expectations. The unit is very large and is quite noisy. Our laundry room is on the 2nd floor of our house and the machine shook the entire floor as it wwnt through its apin cycle. Aside from being noisy and disruptive, the user interface is not friendly and counterintuitive. I did watch all the reviews about the drying of clothes; about how the clothes would come out damp and need a light shake to completely dry, but we found ourselves having to add extra dry tine. Then when adding extra dry time, the clothes would come out wrinkled and over dry. All in all, not a great experience and this is comong from someone who wanted this to be a great addition to our smart home lineup.

I am serious contemplating retiring this and going back to Samsung.
It was delivered today. It was set up, we downloaded the app and installed the updates and ran a load of clothes through. All in all the cycle to finally complete with some dry clothes took about 5-6 hours!!!!
I was extremely excited for this, but if I can only run loads of 3-4 towels at a time and it’s taking 4-5 hours of drying time, it’s going to cost me more in electricity than just a standard washer and dryer set.
Giving it one more chance tonight to run a load and if by the morning we still have these issues, it’s going to have to go. Great concept but so far it’s not meeting the hopes I had for it

Love it so far. Cleans clothes better than our old LG washer and separate dryer. Also, I’ve found that it dries faster as well over all A+

You have to shake the clothes because they are damp and many times I have to dry them longer in addition to the filter because the fluff stays inside and you have to remove the water from the bottom of the washing machine.
