GE suggested a service appointment that cost me $100 to get someone to look at it and suggested a $600 fix. DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS FORMING. GE made video to mitigate this issue but if you read the comments not one person had their solution work. GE needs to recall this unit.

Love our washer dryer combo

And things don’t come out of the dryer fluffed up. Clothes have a different feel, not as soft. More like it was line dried.

Next, search for the article titled “GE Profile™ UltraFast Combo Washer/Dryer - Clothes Not Dry When Drying Cycle is Complete” on our GE Appliances website in the Support section. This article gives several ways to improve drying issues. If those don’t resolve the drying concerns, service may be needed. You can schedule service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 1-800-432-2737.
Display doesnt work, best buy terrible service!

Installed, ran the self clean cycle because it had water in the drum (is that normal or did I get someone else's return?), then went to do a load of laundry and the display screen is just black. Cannot change any settings, does not show any info. All I can do is push one of the pre set settings. Called best buy, they want to exchange it but not willing to install the new one and after getting this beast installed ourselves once, seems ridiculous that we have to uninstall this and install a replacement. Cant put me on the phone with a tech that might be able to tell me how to reset the thing and see if that works. Absolutely stupid. So if we have to uninstall and install a new one, we will be returning this and buying it somewhere else
