It started out good but slowly stopped drying clothes and now just pours water onto them when I open the door after drying. It also has completely stopped drying them at all. I’m waiting to find out if it can be repaired or replaced. It’s literally one year old. I’m very disappointed in GE. But Best Buy is trying to make it right I’m hoping.

Not a good dryer

Posted .At the end of the cycle, certain items and the air inside may feel slightly humid due to the air-tight seal. This is to be expected! Simply remove the items giving them a quick shake and they will feel dry in seconds. If your clothes are very damp or wet, we recommend searching for the article titled “GE Profile™ UltraFast Combo Washer/Dryer - Clothes Not Dry When Drying Cycle is Complete” on our GE Appliances website for guidance. Also make sure your software is up to date to ensure optimal performance of your Combo.

Installed, ran the self clean cycle because it had water in the drum (is that normal or did I get someone else's return?), then went to do a load of laundry and the display screen is just black. Cannot change any settings, does not show any info. All I can do is push one of the pre set settings. Called best buy, they want to exchange it but not willing to install the new one and after getting this beast installed ourselves once, seems ridiculous that we have to uninstall this and install a replacement. Cant put me on the phone with a tech that might be able to tell me how to reset the thing and see if that works. Absolutely stupid. So if we have to uninstall and install a new one, we will be returning this and buying it somewhere else
