For a family of four, does not work. Takes too long to do a load of wash. My clothes never came out smelling fresh and clean, just damp. Took 4 hours to dry towels.

I keep havjng problem with it. I regret not getting the individual thinking this was a perfecr choose for those who forget the clothes in the waaher. But oh boy this one auck ghey bewn out about 4 times already this machines sucks. I do not recommend this one at all.

The Combo Washer/Dryer typically runs a Normal Wash + Dry cycle in about two hours when Eco Dry is enabled, though actual times can vary depending on the load. For tips to help reduce overall cycle duration, we recommend reviewing the "Clothes take too long to dry" section on page 31 of the Owner’s Manual. We thought this would be a great choice but it was horrible. The washing was okay but the drying was horrible. Nothing was ever dry even after using extend dry. Having to wait 3.5 hours for a wash to be complete, but not dry was horrible.

Posted .If you have not done so already, we recommend you consider connecting your Profile Combo to your WiFi and our SmartHQ app. Doing so will provide you the chance to receive and download any new over-the-air updates. These updates could include the addition of new features and/or performance improvements. If you continue to have concerns, please call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your unit evaluated and repaired as needed.
Failed Delivery

Best buy refund purchase. I did buy unit from another company. Concept is great. Have had challenges with dryer performance. Need to stay on top of cleaning excess lint.
