The product is fine but the customer service from Best Buy is the worst I have ever experienced. The salesman screwed up the order and I had to go back to the store twice to correct it because you can’t call the store and talk to anyone. All calls are forwarded to a call center. The call center said they couldn’t help me.
After getting the sales issue corrected they gave me a delivery window. I was planning on being home a half hour before the window started. The delivery guy called me 2 hours before the window and said he was on his way. I told him I couldn’t be there for another hour so he canceled the delivery and I had to reschedule. I was told I would be given a $200 credit for my inconvenience. I also told them I did not want the same delivery person. The same delivery person showed up. When I got my Best Buy bill there was no credit. I called to find out why. I was told they don’t give credit but I would be given a $200 gift card to Best Buy. I wouldn’t have gotten anything if I hadn’t called. So I have to pay full price, Best Buy is giving me $200 of my own money that I have to spend at their store. So essentially I lose and they win. I have since shredded my Best Buy card and will never shop there again.

Product wasn't delivered the day it was supposed to be on 7/11 due to a delivery person being sick. Geek Squad didn't know that. Now being delivered on 7/16.

Takes up less room. Wash and dry time is about the as having them separate.

This washer/dryer combo is awful. Do not waste your money on this. The upkeep is time consuming and tedious just to keep the coils clean enough to properly dry your clothes. GE needs to go back to the drawing board on this product

GE Profile
Still broken since purchased oct 2023. Recently had two technicians come to the house. One said he does not know how to work on them the second came spent and hour on the phone to help diagnose which I appreciate the time and attempt. The tech said bad compressor two weeks ago know follow up. As someone who knows heat pumps and has installed and worked on whole house heat pumps for cooling and heating and domestic water heaters there is no way I would do this to a customer. I understand equipment can be bad right from installation however it should have been fix or replaced within a week not 4 months
Has been over 3 months with no resolve on my system working. I love the idea and would like to use my washer and dryer and see the great results everyone else has. Case number 11992828

Very efficient, dries on the first try. My old dryer would take 4-5 times.

So far I have gotten my washer but with in 10 minutes of first useage washer after just geting it deliver started to leak all over the place on the side of the washer and have to wait like 2 weeks to have a tech look at it. So right now not having the best review right now till i can get it repaired.

the dryer in the combo machine is useless even with a light load, the regular dryer are better by far
Hello - To help prevent over-drying, your GE Profile™ UltraFast Combo uses sensors, lower temperatures, and high air-flow to achieve optimal care of your laundry during your dry cycle. At the end of the cycle, certain items and the air inside may feel slightly humid due to the air-tight seal. This is to be expected! Simply remove the items giving them a quick shake and they will feel dry in seconds. If your clothes still need a little extra drying, try the “More Dry” option to add more drying time.
