DO NOT BUY THIS! I have had GE Appliance Repair come out five times to fix various things like the unit overheating, the unit not drying, and now the INSIDE bottom of the unit fills with water and floods my laundry room. Each time, they replace something different and I have to wait another week until they come back out with another part. Currently, I’m waiting on a part and cannot use the unit for YET ANOTHER week. I haven’t even had this thing for a year, and it’s been unusable for 1.5 months while waiting on repairs. This thing was a complete waste of money.

One and done son

I absolutely love mine washer dryer. It makes my clothes smell cleaner. I don’t have to worry about clothes souring in my washer anymore and I love not having to put laundry detergent and fabric softener in every time and I love that I can put the clothes in and come home and they’re done.

I have had this machine for 2 months. First, it stopped drying our clothes. It took a week to get a repair man to come and look at it and was told that it will take 3 weeks to a month to receive the parts to fix it. While we were waiting for the parts the washer went out. So, after 2 months of owning this machine, I am unable to wash or dry our clothes. Complete waste of money. Do not purchase this machine!!!!!!

The first model delivered was damaged and had to be replaced. The replacement model works great though.

Service has been out 6 times in the short 9 months of ownership. Replaced the same parts (pretty much the entire system)2 times and it is still force stopping, overheating, clothes not fresh, and do not dry easily 2-3 hour dry time for all loads. They won't replace it even with all of these issues, so im going to the point of scrapping it -not worth the headache!

Don't Buy that Piece of Junk I got one in August and has been down more then it has been up tomorrow makes the 5th service call and when they order parts it takes up to a month to come in!! Calling customer service takes forever to get through!!! Stay Away from!!!

This new technology is extraordinary, you just put your clothes in a washing machine and it comes out almost folded and wrinkle-free.

After about 11 months, I noticed the drying cycle would change to 2 or 3 hours instead of the normal 1 to 1-1/2 hours. But the clothes would be dry after the normal time. I called GE and they sent a service tech from A & E Factory Service, calling themselves Sears Home Services. They diagnosed it as needing a new sensor. A&E ordered the part and rescheduled a return service call to replace the sensor. I received the new sensor from GE in a few days. Over the next 45 days, A&E scheduled the appt to replace the sensor 12 TIMES and did not show up, scheduling a new date instead. They finally showed up on the 13th scheduled date to replace the sensor. After that, I noticed that the clothes were not dry when the drying cycle was supposedly done. I called GE again. They scheduled A&E to come again to check it out one more time. On that date, A&E did not show up AGAIN and rescheduled the appt for the next week. We will see if they show up next time. GE also refuses to issue a refund.
