Was sceptical but it’s fantastic clothes feel wet for three seconds, but they are truly dry

I purchased the GE One and Done machine less than a year ago, and while it performed well initially, I’ve since encountered some serious service issues. Recently, the machine displayed an error code, so I called for warranty service right away. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, I’m still waiting for service three weeks later. It’s incredibly frustrating that such a new product would need a repair in the first place, and even more disappointing that the warranty support has been so unresponsive. Until GE improves their service turnaround time, I’d recommend thinking twice before purchasing this model.

Great machine little loud on spin but dry os almost silent.

Purchased from another site. Wish I had avoided. The dryer doesn't cut it. Lint management is terrible. Accumulates everywhere in machine. Check your corners and your evaporator. Its circumventing the filter housing. No help from ge. No parts available from ge. Don't fall for hype like I did

I purchased this unit in July of 2023 with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a disappointment. Within the short span of eight months, the machine completely broke down, leaving me with piles of unwashed laundry and a lot of frustration. The build quality seems to be extremely poor, with almost all electrical components malfunctioning despite short term use. Furthermore, the customer service experience was equally disappointing. GE has failed to fixed the unit a full month after first contacting them and they have no urgency or care on the matter. Possibly the worst customer service I've received from a company - even after escalating.

Horrible combo unit

I wish I could say positive things about this all in one, but we have had nothing but bad luck with this unit since we purchased it about three months ago. The LCD screen wouldn’t even turn on when we first bought it so that part had to be ordered to fix it so we had to go to a laundromat to do our laundry for a couple of weeks, which was soooo inconvenient with working long hours during the week.
And now….its not even drying so looks like we will be calling in for another warranty repair on this unit and it’s brand new! Wish we still had our old washer and dryer back. This one has been such an inconvenient headache
