Do not let the installers take the shipping bolts & brackets. You might need them.
Best Buy installed this wrong and will not fix it.

Did not lift my machine off the floor very much; totally feel like I wasted my money on this! Ended up having to build my own platform to raise the machine up to adult's size operating level.

Ordered this and machine same time. They delivered machine. Don't hook up because no pedestal. Now have to wait 1 1/2 weeks longer to do my laundry. Not happy

The delivery techs damaged the pedestal and took it back with them. They told me that they were going to notify Best Buy and replace. I have not received this pedestal as of yet. And it is indicating on my account that it was delivered. I tried to call Best Buy and no assistance as of yer.
